While it's good that there are a handful of stores and fast food grouped in the plaza, the intersections from each corner makes it difficult most of the time to pass through as there aren't too many stop signs to help weed through ongoing vehicles. The drive thru going to Starbucks is the worst as the turn into the line can be annoyingly challenging, especially when there's a pack of cars waiting already. PCC merchandises are overpriced and the quality of Trader Joe's food items are somewhat comparable to what you can buy in Grocery Outlet (GO) except at GO, the prices are way cheaper.
