Cato Fashions — Attraction in Burlington

Hi, I like this Cato store, and stopped in this past Sunday to take a look around, I did ask if they had a restroom, and was told it was closed because of COVID. I did end up leaving for I needed to use the rest room, and did not spend any money though I saw a few items I liked. With this level of customer service, customer experience, and loss of sales please consider reopening your restroom for your customers. ...

Customer service at this store is bad. Each time I go, I hope it will be better - it isn't. No one smiles or greets incoming customers, the employees stand around looking miserable, and when asked to use a fitting room the response is "you can check", yet they keep the doors locked.
