From Banana Republic to J. Crew to Old Navy, you’ll find pretty much everything you need from this place. An expansive, multi-plaza outlet, Camarillo is a go-to for those wanting to scratch that outlet itch. Sure, there are probably others in the SoCal region such as The Citadel, but mind you, the Camarillo Outlets offer ten times more than most other places in the region. Sure there’s not much to look at like at The Citadel, but if your business is to shop till you drop, look no further than Camarillo. Best to go on a holiday weekend where you can snag all the good deals. Yes, it can be crowded and sometimes parking can be a long struggle and people do casually walk in front of your vehicle as if they’re oblivious to everything around them, but as far as outlets in SoCal go, Camarillo is pretty up there. Still have yet to visit an outlet with as much stores as Camarillo. Word to the wise, though, wear some comfortable walking shoes. There you will find many name brand stores that carry their stocks at various prices; some items are discounted at much lower prices than what they're already sold for at main stream locations around Los Angeles and the San Fernando Valley. Be prepared for some long walks as locations are spread out in such a way that you may need to do some research prior to taking the drive. Even though there's lots of parking, spaces can be limited as everyone wants to park as close as possible to the store to which they intend to do most of their shopping. You should also be prepared to pack some patients as most shoppers all have the same idea. I would highly recommend that you plan your trip and get there as early as possible on weekends or visit on weekdays when there aren't hundreds of shoppers walking around looking for bargains. Its roughly a 2-3hr drive from Los Angeles depending on traffic or 90 minute drive from the San Fernando Valley. I highly recommend that you should this location a visit and be prepared to spend half...
