Geoffrey's Diamonds & Goldsmith — Attraction in Campbell

Came in with a friend today to look at wedding bands. We had the sweetest interaction with Cindy. She was very helpful in showing my friend her wedding band options. Meanwhile, she also offered to clean, polish and dip all my jewelry! I had 4 rings, earrings, and a necklace looking brand new and sparkling brighter than ever.

One of the owners was there and he was so kind to examine the diamonds and tighten them as needed. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. The lovely jeweler also noticed I was missing two small diamonds on the halo and band of my ring ( which I probably lost 9 years ago) and Cindy offered me a quote to replace them. Imagine my surprise when after they finished cleaning my wedding ring she told me as a gift they replaced the diamonds on the spot..... for free!

I couldn’t believe the level of customer service at this jewelry store. They were giving high quality service with a personal touch We didn’t buy my wedding band or engagement here a decade ago, but I wish we did since they were so nice and helpful. This place is wonderful for so many reasons.

I have a rose gold bangle that needed to be reshaped. I first took it back to the luxury brand I purchased from, and they told me it needed to be reproduced which would take 6-12 months and cost almost half the retail price...So instead I took the bracelet to Geoffrey's where William examined it, provided a reasonable quote, and had it fixed in less than two weeks!

A couple of weeks later, I took my rose gold ring (same brand as the bracelet) to Geoffrey's for repair. It had a few dents and William was able to minimize them by polishing the ring for free. The entire process took less than 10 minutes and when I got my ring back it was so shiny it looked brand new.

Shout out to William for being so helpful and also to the staff at the front desk for being so responsive over the phone and welcoming. The store itself is really nice and they have a refreshments stand as well as a fancy outdoor patio in the back.
