I recently hosted a scent workshop at Florra for my clients and coworkers, and it was absolutely incredible! Thuy was fantastic—super communicative and incredibly accommodating for our large group. I’ve planned several female-focused events, but this one was by far the easiest to "sell"—the spots filled up so quickly, I was shocked! That just goes to show how intriguing and unique the scent workshop is.

When we arrived, everything was beautifully set up and ready to go. The shop itself is stunning, creating the perfect atmosphere for mingling and catching up before we got started. Once the workshop began, everyone was fully engaged, eager to learn about different scents and the art of perfume-making. It was so much fun comparing fragrances, sharing opinions, and discovering personal preferences.

By the end, each person walked away with a custom-made bottle of perfume, crafted on the spot! Thuy and her team were incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and fun throughout the entire experience. I can’t say enough good things about Florra—and especially Thuy, the owner. She’s one of those people who immediately makes you feel welcomed and seen. Her energy is calm, genuine, and so full of heart. You can tell she’s poured her soul into Florra every detail reflects care, thoughtfulness, and love. I recently visited to create a custom perfume for my friend, and Thuy guided me through the whole scent bar experience. She didn’t just hand me options she asked about my friend , what kind of person she is, and what memories or feelings I wanted the scent to capture. That level of attention made the experience feel incredibly personal and emotional. The final perfume felt like a reflection of my mom in a bottle and when I gave it to her, she absolutely loved it.

The shop itself is stunning, filled with beautifully handcrafted items candles, bath products, books, and more. If you’re ever unsure of what to gift someone, Florra will inspire you.

TLDR Savannah was the best. The experience was so fun. Definitely worth every penny.

My boyfriend and I booked an appointment at their scent bar for a custom perfume/cologne. Their online booking system was easy to maneuver. There is no charge for the seat- you pay for the custom product you select (body mist, perfume/cologne, perfume oil). Prior the appointment, I was nervous that it would be a daunting experience as I am not very knowledgeable about perfumes (top notes, middle notes, etc.) but ended up being a really enjoyable experience.

You start by taking a survey/questionnaire to get assigned a "god" or "goddess" with a scent profiles that could work for you based on your personality. With the survey, Savannah explained all the different types of scents and what their purposes are in the final product. She was great at explaining everything in details, and also with helping with recommendations based on the scents we liked.
