Steidel's Art — Attraction in Cannon Beach

I absolutely adore the artwork at Steidels. It's like it came straight out of a Disney movie. Fantasy pieces that are enchanting, as well as realism pieces that are simple captivating. I don't think this artist gets enough recognition for the work he does. I spoke with him one afternoon, he was sitting behind his surround art desk that he gets out with pulleys to lift up a section of the desk. I asked if he worked for Disney, he said he was offered a job, but was drafted for the war and had to do his duty. He would have been a great talent to have, maybe Pixar will find him for concept art.
