Cavern Barbershop — Attraction in Carlsbad

Attempted to walk in on Saturday and was turned away for being completely booked when there was 1 person in the shop. Scheduled an appointment for 12:15 on monday and showed up 10 min early. Doors closed and locked waited for an hour till 1:15 before anyone showed up to open the door when I walked in I told him I had an appointment for an hour ago and he informed me that the only person you can Schedule with on the website had called out. There was no warning. I left work early and drove an hour and a half to sit in my car for an hour past my scheduled appointment just to get told they wouldnt cut my hair anyway. Piss poor service. Refuse to answer their business phone or return voicemails. Completely disappointed with the service of this establishment. They completely wasted my time, effort, and money. It would not matter if they had the best barbers in the world working their because they don't show up or refuse to help you. I would not recommend this place to anyone save your time and money and got to great clips at least they...

Guy is awesome... Haven't had a haircut that good in long time... Finished off the fade with a razor and it makes the haircut last a week longer than it...

Made an appointment and barber didnt show up. Don't waste your time here. Get the app BOOKSY and find better barbers for better prices...
