The food and drinks are fine. I don't have any complaints about that.

However, the service here is pretty poor. The first time I came here, they forgot my order and I waited about 30 minutes for something they left in the warmer. No sorry, just "Oh, here it is."

Second time I came, an employee was literally eating ice cream at the workstation while others were working around him. I also watched as customers behind me got their drinks first. Apparently their kiosk failed to send our order, so we waited for nothing. The owner also didn't believe us until we pointed out everything on a digital receipt, and even then she just left without saying anything. We had no idea if our drinks were being made or if we were being ignored again.

Once is a mistake, but twice now I've gotten bad service and had to remind your employees about my order and had my time wasted. Your male employees are unprofessional and you won't take responsibility for your technology. I would not come back here, even if the food and...

We frequently visit Cafe Bom Bom since their yogurt drinks are yummy and are happy to make the 40 minute drive. However, I am disappointed with our service tonight (02/11). We get there around 7:30 pm and there are two employees one male and the other one female. The male employee states that they are closed. Both employees were seen making their own drinks and chit chatting behind the counter. Overall this exchange was unprofessional and disheartening consider this was our new favorite shop. This place offers bribes in exchange for positive reviews. Therefore, you can't trust any review of this place. There is a sign at BomBom blatantly advertising the bribe. It's a dishonest practice. Although everyone presumably assumes that many places do this, it's very bold to publicly state this. At any rate, I won't buy anything here again for this sole reason.

My purchase was a cappuccino: it was adequate although weak (which is typical of Texas unfortunately). They put cinnamon in it as a decoration, which may be good if you like that spice but you should avoid if you hate cinnamon...
