This was our first time every visiting a State Capitol building, and it was a rather enjoyable experience for us. The outside grounds are beautiful, and they're not even in full season yet nor done with some of the memorials,but really great space to sit outside and take in the beauty around ones self. Once inside the security desk attendant was helpful and glad we were there, pointed us in the right directions and gave a bit of info about what was where. Beautiful place. Informatory. Educational. Historical. Insightful. Anytime you visit something like this, you're going to learn things! The whole visit, with reading many facts in each room and outside as well, took maybe 45mins?
