Kalashri — Attraction in Cary

Liked it But very EXPENSIVE

I bought 3 chuddithaars here. The dress is good and gives a grand look. But it is very very very expensive. My 3 chuddithaars are $180, $190 and $110. My husband have taken 2 dresses from this shop and gave for birthday as a surprise gift. As it is a gift, he havent told me anything about the price. The dress was looking so beautiful and i loved it. But for a special occasion when i asked him to bring me there, i was really shocked of looking the price of each dresses. After inquiring to my hubby got to know the price.

I loved the dress collections they got but we cannot afford such cost for 1 chuddithar. Also they have got few Kurtha collection which i will never recommend to anyone. They dont look so good but the cost is $50 and above. It's little bit ok to give such cost to chuddithar for its look but never for a low quality plain kurtha.

Really great store with excellent customer service! We went in to see if we could get alterations on mens wedding wear and although the major alterations weren't possible, the woman who I believe owned the shop tried her best to help us however she could. Ultimately, she ended up having the seamstress adjust the pants and that was the only service we purchased however, she spoke to our tailor in India, she gave him suggestions on how to fix the outfits, she looked at everything and gave us suggestions and she also took measurements to help us. I cannot recommend Kalashri highly enough if you’re looking for south asian clothing and jewelry and excellent customer service. I recently married into a Bengali family and have had many occasions that I’ve needed to shop for--Rini (the owner) is patient, helpful and extremely accommodating. They have a range of styles and sizes for women’s clothes--I’ve bought blouses and shalwar kameez that have been helpfully tailored on site, and Rini has helped me match bangles for a variety of outfits.
