We had the pleasure of hosting our son’s birthday party at We Rock The Spectrum, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience! The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure that every child had an amazing time. The facility itself is sensory-safe and designed for children of all abilities, which was a huge plus for us. The kids had a blast playing on the zip line, trampoline, and exploring the various play areas. The staff assistance provided was invaluable. What impressed me most was the attention to detail and the effort put into making sure every child felt included and had a wonderful time. The calming area, arts & crafts, and dress-up stations were all huge hits with the kids. I highly recommend We Rock The Spectrum to anyone looking for a unique, fun, and inclusive birthday party experience. The value for money is exceptional, and the memories we created will last a lifetime.

What a beautiful, safe space for my son to be himself in. The owner is lovely, welcoming, super informative! From the moment my son and I stepped in, you could feel the love in the atmosphere. My son had the time of his life today! One thing I love about this place is the fact that there is no judgement. I brought my 5 year old nonverbal son here today, and he is a loud vocal stimmer. . when he gets excited everyone will know! 😅 no one was staring at us, or giving us weird looks, and it took a weight off my shoulders. I’m constantly worrying if someone is going to tell me to tell him to quiet down, or if I get too embarrassed by the looks we get and leave, or take him to a secluded area. Your child can be himself/herself here! We played for 2 hours and, honestly, my kiddo could’ve played for 2 hours more! Lol we will definitely be back. Thank you for making a place like this for children like my son. God bless you.

So I first found this business when searching autism last year and trying to find places that my daughter may be tolerant to and that she would be comfortable playing at because parks and different children play businesses we’re just not the right fit for us and with her behaviors and her limited knowledge of understanding of things. Plus, I wanted to go somewhere where I didn’t have to apologize every two seconds for my child or what she may or may not do. I found this location and decided coming from Lakeland that I would rather try this one just due to the fact of the reviews and I am so glad that I did. The two young ladies and I never did write their names down and I’m really mad that I didn’t were beyond phenomenal, amazing and very kind and welcoming. The first time I came I needed to use the restroom. They offered to watch my daughter and assist her so that way I didn’t have to stop her from playing. Then when I came back with my asd three year old, one year-old and newborn, they offered to hold my newborn while I was trying to find money to pay for a drink. You can definitely tell they are very genuine and they’re the kind of people who live to help and build with one another. There’s a lot of room a lot of space and my two children had a blast. I bought my husband the second time and he absolutely loves the place as well. He said it was so comfortable and enjoyed showing our daughter things and helping her because once she learned it a couple of times she had it down packed and we honestly had a great time. Plus, we just enjoyed everything. The sensory room is amazing and after visiting the Brandon location and having just a horrible time(too small and cramped), I’m so glad that I come to this location and will just make this our home base. It is 72 miles one way from Lakeland and I will tell any and everyone we wouldn’t complain about one thing besides the traffic on I4 to the toll but other than that if you have any kid with any kind of special ability, unique needs or anything please try this location out I promise you it was amazing and you will enjoy your time there and your kids will have...

I really really want to like this place but I am likely never taking my son here again. The toys are dirty, the equipment doesn’t look regularly wiped down, and there are so many toys I don’t see how it would be possible to keeps things sanitary. I understand kids will always yuck up something, and I really appreciate the germ worms, but the section for the youngest of kids had dirt in just about every toy. Basically as if an outdoor toy became an indoor one. Clothe toys have stains.

I’ve come twice, the first time was cleaner than the second. The lady is sweet at the front. I didn’t appreciate the therapist that was talking all about this little girl’s diagnoses/ problems while not paying attention to her (little girl E first name, she hung out with my son and I for a while before she even realized). Poor girl, all I know from her therapist/teacher/whoever that the woman doesn’t like E’s name and has opinions on my son trying to walk instead of crawl…. Which is kind the first time, annoying the 5th. But to be honest- I’m almost certain that woman isn’t tied to the place.

The second time is when everything seems gross. The swing had dirt/dust on it when it didn’t the 1st visit. The toys maybe were recently donated? I’m unsure. And I’m very much not a clean freak, I don’t really care about a little dirt- it’s just when it is every toy your kid touches it gets to you when you are paying to play. I feel like since getting the alerts that they want a new owner- the cleanliness of the place went downhill.

Otherwise, the items there are amazing and I feel like it was well thought out to be accessible to many children that may not have a place to be themselves. It is an amazing concept, one that I truly wanted to invest in through my patronage, but at this time it’s too gross. My son is 1, and I might wait until he’s older and will be playing with other things. The baby area has an insane amount of toys- and I’d be there every week if the toys were a reasonable...

I’m heartbroken to write this, but I feel it’s necessary to share the disappointing experience we had during my child's birthday party. This place has been a favorite for my family since my child was just 6 months old, and we’ve always appreciated the kindness of the staff, particularly the mother and daughter team who have always recognized and treated him well.

Unfortunately, the birthday celebration turned out to be nothing short of a disaster. Despite having a clear understanding of the expected setup for a certain number of guests, only half the amount of tables were set up, which made it difficult to accommodate everyone.

The decorations, which I had seen in previous birthday parties and were beautiful, were nothing like what I was shown or discussed with the staff. The setup was extremely disappointing, leaving me feeling frustrated and upset, especially when this is a place we’ve trusted for the past couple of years.

Additionally, I had to follow up and call for a customized receipt, and when I did, the staff was incredibly rude, which was shocking considering our positive history with them.

I never expected such a poor experience at a place that has been so special to us, specially for my baby. I hope that in the future, the quality of service and customer care can be improved to match the wonderful memories we once had here.

Update: We chose the more expensive package because it included the decoration that I had dropped off several days in advance. However, I was surprised to find that only five balloons were set up and none of the other decorations, including the backdrop we discussed, were arranged. If you're considering celebrating a birthday party there, I would suggest opting for the more affordable package, as it seems that is all what you will receive. If you are looking a more formal birthday celebration like we wanted, I would recommend exploring other venues in the area. And as they responded mother and daugther seems not to be under...
