Express Audio — Attraction in Cathedral City

The customer service in this place is absolutely horrendous. After multiple attempts to have them fix their faulty equipment in my vehicle I told them I would want a refund if the problem persisted. Their response to this reasonable request was to “take him to court”. He then threatened to counter sue me if I did try to get a refund. I cannot believe that a business would threaten to sue someone just for trying to get them to stand by their work. Roy is the heart behind this organization--and he has a big heart. He spent about 15 minutes educating me on how to get local news and music on my already existing car radio--this after three years with no reception. I did not know how to work the radio. He walked straight to my car and began the process of setting up the radio for reception and teaching me how to work it. What a wonderful guy. I would highly recommend Roy and his business. I came in with a new pioneer stereo and Roy installed it in under 30 minutes. Not only did he do an excellent and quick job with the installation but he took the time to calibrate all of the audio settings, showed me how to thoroughly use all of my new stereos features, and gave me tips that made this new product easy for me to use.
