Talk about misappropriated funds; Ernesto M. Gutierrez, and the rest of his group are unfit as city council, let alone Gutierrez as mayor. After the mayor's planning commission found Food4Less's gas station to be undesired and unwanted by many in the community (Ralph Thompson-Cantua, Skye Daley, Craig Loe, and Danny Lee all denied Food4Less, because its clearly seen as an unwanted and undesired busines, because the same street has 9 other gas stations. Gutierrez and his associate who received misappropriated funds then approved the project, even though the community strongly opposed this project (refer to the Desert Sun's opposition article concerning July 20, 2022. Food4Less then compensated their employees and staff to show up and to speak positively about the approved Food4Less gas station. Cathedral city, it's planning commission, city hall, and city council members are the biggest joke of a committee and I've done business both domestically, and abroad. If you re-elect Ernesto M. Gutierrez and his group of morbid and unfit individuals, then you're re-electing a thug, and a bribe-taking elected individual. Bribes or misappropriated funds, the mayor and his group decided to also disregard the community opposition toward another gas station on Date Palm Dr., directly in front of Nellie Coffman Middle School. He doesn't have his children walking back and forth there. What does he care about anyone's child? He doesn't. He only cares about his wallet, and he was disrespectful enough to speak in negligible manner toward the Cathedral City Police Department, despite all the hard work they take on daily.

If you re-elect Ernesto M. Gutierrez, you're re-electing an immoral, and integrity-lacking mayor, along with his lackeys.

The mayor's planning commission had also denied a project that is still severely opposed in the community, and yet the mayor and his crew decided to approve the project after noting that the public spoke up with adamant and well-founded concerns. Ernesto has no concern for any child, except maybe his own, and even then he's still looking for a way to have enterprises pay their way into our beloved city, while he gets fatter and richer over the fact that he doesn't have to deal with his long term decisions, the residents of Cathedral city do.

AVOID RE-ELECTING THIS MAN AND HIS WAYS, ALONG WITH HIS SIDE-KICKS IN CONVERT AND COVETED CRIME.

This is the group of individuals who run our city. That's unfortunate and utterly saddening. God protect Cathedral City, and the entire Coachella Valley. We're in bad hands with this man and his group of uncaring, and money hungry...
