Sexism still exists, I was trying to find some frames in the store when I overheard a small conversation about picking up some items before a different customer began screaming profanities at a young girl because she helped a woman before him.
I know a little bit about framing and the man had four large portraits which would have taken the framing girl at least over an hour to frame while the woman that she helped first was picking up some items which would have been finished within 2 minutes.
The man then began to get all up in the girl's face screaming that she's racist and not giving her a chance to speak even though it was because he couldn't wait 2 minutes to be helped. All in all he was a man and he felt entitled that he should have gotten help first because he was a man.
This store is great and the framing manager and her employees are also great I've never once met any form of racism coming from any one of those ladies there. I will continue to be...

Read moreI come to this store often overall I have had decent experiences. About 2 weeks ago I was coming from the restroom found a phone and immediately wanted to turn it in . The guy at the back counter was with a customer so I waited a moment then said excuse me and tried to hand him the phone. I didn’t realize the back counter wasn’t customer service . The man was very short and rude and told me it wasn’t his phone. I said if you would let me finish telling you the situation you would realize I’m trying to turn this phone in and do the right thing. He finally takes the phone and goes back to doing what he was doing. If I’m honest I didn’t want to finish shopping because the customer service was poor from him.
