Huge thanks to Sarah, my Nail Tech, who brought my hands back to life. This was my first visit and from the time I arrived to the time I left, the customer service was excellent. I originally was booked to see Ella but when I got there, I was informed that she no longer worked there. Thinking that I had to reschedule or wait a long time for another Nail Tech, Patricia, who was the greeter/hostess at the time corrected the mistake with no hesitation. I have gotten my nails done for a long time now, Sarah is definitely top of my list. She didn’t rush, I showed her a picture of my inspired look I was going for and her work was beyond my expectation. Mind you I was nervous bc this wasn’t the original person I booked for. My services were: Manicure + Nail extensions + SNS + Chrome finishing… perfect look for the holidays. Sarah suggested adding the chrome finishing to my nails. I was opposed at first but she insisted that I would love it in which I did. Since then, I have received sooo many compliments on my nails to the point I have others who plan on getting the exact style done as well.
Vanity nail bar is officially my new nail salon to go to and Sarah will be my go to Nail Tech!! I even have plans to bring my daughter here. The cost was very reasonable even I was surprised when I checked out. For the Christmas holiday, they are running a special so hurry and book your appointment.
To add, while getting pampered, you do get complimentary drinks. I requested to have the Mango + Orange juice Mimosas and they were DELICIOUS thanks to Patricia. Patricia knows how to “keep the party going” I will say that much!! She made sure everyone there was good and if anything was needed, she was there to assist. She also helped with taking the picture. The salon is poorly managed, with long wait times and a limited SNS selection. When my manicure turned out bumpy and all my nails broke within a week—something that has never happened to me in over five years of having long almond nails—management only offered a 20% discount. I was really disappointed. Additionally, the salon consistently fails to stick to appointment times, affecting both me and other customers.
11/10/2024 IN RESPONSE TO BUSINESS OWNER: Thank you for your response. I would like to clarify that I came in person with clear documentation, including pictures and videos showing the damages. These images, which were taken 4 days post-service, clearly show the bubbling, and I also shared photos from 1 week and 12 days after the service, where nails had chipped, cracked, and even broken down to the quick — something that has never happened to my nails before.
While I understand your policy about the 7-day guarantee, I did not anticipate needing to return within that timeframe due to my chaotic work schedule and travel, which is why I took the time to document the damages thoroughly. I was genuinely surprised by the lack of empathy and the argumentative stance taken instead of a solution-focused approach. As a customer-oriented business, I expected more support in addressing the issue rather than being met with accusations.

However, I have to share some feedback for improvement. I had a weekend appointment at 4 PM but didn’t start my manicure until 6 PM and didn’t leave until 7:30 PM. The salon was incredibly busy, and it was clear the staff was overwhelmed—my nail tech hadn’t even had time for lunch, which was evident as her hands were shaking while working on my nails. Communication could have been better; I waited in the lobby for 20 mins into my appointment before someone finally told me, “Can you come back at 5?” Even then, my appointment was still delayed.
This place is super understaffed, so I recommend going during an off day or time. Definitely book an appointment, or you might end up waiting a long time.
