Went to the outlet store looking for a black dresser. When I walked in I was greeted then told to go to the back (clearance area) to look for one. Walked around the store didn’t see on. When I walked back up front I was asked did I see one online? I showed him the one I wanted to see if they sold it in stores. He said no so I left to think about what I would do next because he needed a dresser urgently. I was a little upset when I went back in. He basically just pulled up the item and told me I would have to light assemble like put the drawers together. I’m like okay cool. He didn’t advised or go over the product details. Fast forward to delivery day. The delivery men dropped off the dresser asked for my signature and left. When I saw the box I was like this looks like more than, just needing the drawers put together. Secondly I wasn’t even offered the option to have someone put it together for m. Thirdly now I have the dresser together and it barley comes to my knees. This isn’t considered a child’s dresser. Good customer service would have one seen I was upset and went over the order a little more with me. Now I’m waiting to see if they will let me do an exchange if not I’m stuck with this little dresser that I can’t use. Update: Still having issuing with returning the dresser. Don’t buy from them unless you are exactly sure and certain that is what you want. I will not be coming back to shop here.

Poor quality, poor customer service, worst experience in last 10 years. I will make sure folks in my network know that and do not make the same mistake of buying from Ashley. We had very poor experience with what material quality we saw in the outlet versus what was delivered. Many quality issues, there furniture is not prepared with any sense of symmetry and each piece even in the same style will have differences of seems, their locations, and uneven cushions. Delivery was very unprofessional, only purpose was to let us have it since after first acceptance we could not return and on repeated calls finally after three weeks and lot of frustration we got someone to agree to exchange. Even the exchange had more or less same quality issues. After struggling for 6 to 8 weeks they did paid us $500 back for our more than $8000 purchase in the name of bad customer experience. Additionally, promised price breaks on exchange but did not paid at the end by latter telling that it was not accepted. Probably they just wanted to keep it at time of delivery to gave those fake price reductions and latter reject. Poor quality, poor customer service, worst experience in last 10 years.

We were promised a brand new piece, but what we received today was a damaged and worn display model. The delivery team was in such a hurry that I barely had time to inspect the table. I noticed some chipping on one side and was quickly offered a discount or a re-delivery by customer service. The delivery team pushed me to take the discount, muting the service agent on the call and insisting that re-delivery would take a long time. Regrettably, I agreed to the discount of just $110. After the delivery team left, I took a closer look and found multiple damages and dust, indicating it had been a display piece. When I called customer care within 30 minutes to return the table, they were unhelpful and claimed that nothing could be done once the product was delivered and accepted. This product is not worth the price at all! The metal has lost all its color and the wood too! I am extremely disappointed with this experience and will never shop here again!

First, I would like to say this was by far the BEST furniture purchasing experience that I have received thus far. Peter at the S. Blvd location is truly a gem! My first impression of him was him helping me through the front door with a newborn in a stroller, and I knew instantly that he would be a man of honesty and great character. He was not a pushy salesman and allowed me to browse the option available and checked on me once throughout the entire process. Which allowed me to truly be able to focus and process my thoughts while looking to see what Ashley has to offer. Towards the end of my 1st visit he explained to be me the different options/services available to be should I have chosen to purchase a couch that day, although I did not his demeanor eased my mind that I felt that I did not want to shop anywhere else but with him. Upon my return I was greeted with his amazing smile and the same level of service, and I chose to purchase with them simply because out of all the furniture stores I went to, everything felt right with them. I was able to purchase a couch, get an amazing deal and set up a delivery date in less than 40 minutes ! By far the most absolute best experience I have ever had. Thank you Peter & thank you Ashley furniture! As I told Peter keep doing what you are doing greeting people with a smile and warm inviting attitude makes all the difference when someone is wanting to spend their hard earned money on such a big purchase. VERY DISSATISFIED WITH THIS STORE!!! I went into this store to purchase some new furniture for my new home. I found several things that I liked and purchased that day with cash. My closing fell through due to the owner not being able to pay his backtaxes. I had already canceled my delivery twice so I thought I needed to go ahead and get a refund as I had nowhere to store this furniture. I was told by customer service that you only have 3 days to cancel an order. After that you have to pay a 10% restocking fee. No one told me that when I bought this furniture. I also mentioned that I was getting a house so I feel like that was a disservice from the beginning. I had mentioned to the sales associate about getting some pillows thrown in with my order. I didn't know that the mattress purchase that I was making included a $300 discount on anything else in the store. Instead of him telling me that and letting me choose what I wanted to get he "threw" in the pillows which I really didn't want. When I did cancel my order customer service was absolutely no help. I called several times, i sent emails nothing helped. In the end I was stuck with the $300 pillows because they were non-refundable....go figure. And also I had to pay $452 restocking fee! Horrible customer service. Very unrealistic company policies.I will NEVER shop Ashley furniture...
