Very nice designs at reasonable prices. Order, inventory system is horrible. We bought an entire kitchen including appliances. After we placed our order, the salesperson handed us a copy of our order and another piece of paper called Shopping List. The shopping list is all the things we ordered that they don't have in stock and have no idea when it will be in stock. It's up to us to call regularly and see if any of it is available. If any of it comes in, we have to pay the freight - $129. We can drive the 2 hours to pick up at the store but they will only hold things for 48 hours. Then, it goes back into inventory to be sold. Last time we drove there to pick up two parts worth about $50, I asked if there is any way they can hold things longer than 2 days. I got a lecture on it's what I get for remodeling during a pandemic. The pandemic started 18 months ago. You would think a big company like IKEA could get a handle on the situation in 18 months! This is a serious management and systems problem. A normal company creates a back order for items they don't have in stock and sends it to the customer when it comes in. A normal company gives you availability for items you order so you know what to expect Stay away...
Read moreOn Saturday 2.24.18, after putting my money into the vacuum machine that did not work. Made lots of noise, dirt coming out if the canister, and NO suction.
Went inside, a long line of about 8 people with one cashier. So I moved to the front/side waited until the cashier was finished with her "right then customer". Then I asked her, "excuse me,...and proceed to tell her about the vacuum machine did not work and how do I go about being reimbursed.
She told me, (I thought to get in line). So I did. Mind you, the line increased by then . Got in line, minutes later another cashier came to assist her (credit cards only). So I wasn't going to get out of line. After 8 to 9 mins. in line, I'm there, " Mam, I didn't tell you to get in line, I told you to wait until I get my line down."Line down"..(.WHEN!!!). Then she told me she don't know HOW TO DO IT! AND TO GET IN LINE FOR THIS OTHER CASHIER!!! I DID. WAITED 3 mins in line there. SHE KEYED IN SOMETHING, (50 seconds...done!)
12 MINUTES!!! in a convenience store FOR $1.50, ONE DOLLAR AND FIFTY CENTS REIMBURSEMENT!!!

Read moreThis shopping strip offers a variety ranging from Hobby Lobby to Marshall's, and World Market. Belgate Shopping is also next door to Ikea. The set up is a perfect one stop shop; clothing stores such as Rue21, Old Navy and Charming Charlie. Ulta is in the lot, offering a pretty good selection of beauty products.
If you want to shop for some international, eclectic items, furniture and even some treats from across the globe, definitely check out World Market. Hobby Lobby is a personal favorite mine, providing the craftsman, artists, hobbyists and home decorators a good amount and array of supplies, tools and other products.
The Petco in the lot provides a pretty good selection of products for your pets, and a decent selection of pets. They also have a Banfield pet hospital inside, which is very handy.
My gripe about thus location is the lack of good eats. I'm not at all fund of the nearby Outback steakhouse (food was poor) leaving Zaxby's the only option. A new Starbucks is coming, hopefully more variety...
