Store is a chaotic mess. It’s hard to find anything because the signs don’t match the items on the rows because store appears to be undergoing renovations. The staff is zero help. They nearly run you over and look at you crazy as if you’re in their way and causing them the inconvenience when they’re stocking shelves. They won’t move out of the way so that customers can shop. A black female stocking on the water isle gave me the nastiest stare because I was shopping and she was trying to stock instead of her being patient and waiting on me to grab what I was shopping for. Pharmacy staff is disgustingly rude. I waited several minutes to be seen and told that I couldn’t wait on my prescription but would have to drop it off because they were heading to lunch. Then, I advised the black young lady that was assisting me that the doctor at the minute clinic advised me that if I show my insurance card that I could receive free at home Covid testing kits. She tells me “That will still take about 30 minutes because we’re behind.” How long does it take to grab a couple of testing kits!? I declined to wait. Get to the self check out line and several items were ringing up incorrectly. The white female attendant tells me that gum that showed in more than one area a visible price of $1.19 she tells me the sign is wrong and price should be the $2.99 that it’s ringing up as. I said no, you have to honor the price and change your signs. She told me she had been having that issue all day so why not change the signs. Then I had some medicine that was showing as one dollar more than the sign. She tells me “Well it’s ringing up at $11.29.” I said well the sign said a different price go check it for yourself. She tells me “I cannot leave from up here.” I said I want to see a manager. The manager politely came over and told her to change the problem without any issues. I spent way too much money in Target in general and used to frequent this location before moving away from this side of town. I will not be back. Target has fallen off and has not been providing the exemplary service that I have grown accustomed to. The quality and quantity is a disgrace. The staff and lack of customer service is a disgrace. If I wanted to be treated in such a manner, I’ll go shop at Walmart and...
Read moreMy boyfriend and I had went to the hair care section and tried some of the hair care products. We simply sprayed some items on our hair. We did not necessarily “open” any plastic or brand new containers. It did not cross our mind that we were in any way “stealing” from the store. Feeling the way the products felt in our hair, their scent, and the overall appeal of the product; we decided not to purchase the item(s). We simply congregated to the shave care aisle. This was when we were approached by the Target associate. He demanded to know whether we planned on purchasing the items we sprayed in our hair. My boyfriend proceeded to say “No, because after having it in his hair it made it feel greasy and smelled bad.” I kept quiet as to keep my composure for the moment. The associate proceeded to the ask again, “Do you plan on purchasing any of those products you were spraying in your hair?” I then spoke up and mentioned that we didn’t realize we were doing anything wrong. In my mind I do not believe we were doing anything wrong. The store associate then said that we could either A) pay for the items we used or B) leave the store. I responded that we had no problem just leaving the store. He then followed us out and watched us walk out of the store. I have never had any issues in any Target location. I love Target. But after this altercation I will most definitely never be back to this particular store. I called the store back when I got to my car and asked to speak with the supervisor. I told her what happened and she just took it as a comment. She did not ask for my name or phone number to resolve the issue. I was offended at that notion as well. I am just appalled at the...
Read moreTerrible customer service and I professionalism. Was here yesterday morning/afternoon and they had several Nature deodorants on clearance but when I went up front they rung up regular price. The woman working self checkout radioed in for assistance stating what I advised that there were a bunch of clearance tags for the deodorant and the women that replied back wasn’t the most professional in response. I could tell she sounded irritated and replied with “no there isn’t a bunch of clearance tags” and how she was just there an earlier day with another woman stating same thing. I showed the woman the clearance tags that didn’t specify a certain scent but she refused to honor the rate. Never had this big of an issue about a sign you guys have posted that is wrong or not clear. I got so frustrated I just didn't get them. If you have the issue more than once than either the sign is not clear/wrong and should be fixed or your wrong and you should have honored the rate. Either way I also didn’t appreciate the lack of professionalism in response to my issue that I could hear over the radio. If she was a leader… which I assume she was shame on her for handling the situation that way. The woman at self checkout saw my frustration and apologized.. which wasn’t her fault but was about the only decent customer service during that trip. I get not honoring a rate that I misread but this was...
