AFC Urgent Care Chino Hills — Attraction in Chino Hills

Came in for a UTI and prescribed me antibiotics and they never did a urine culture. A few days go by and the antibiotics didn't work. I called to let them know the antibiotics didn't work as well as why they never performed a urine culture and they said they would have someone reach out to me to address my concerns. Nobody called me to address my concerns before they closed there office for the day.

UPDATE/RESPONSE TO OWNER: When I googled your business it showed open at 7:57. Normally google will notify that the business is closing soon when it is within an hour of closing time and because google said it was open as opposed to closing soon that was an indication to me that you guys would be open beyond an hour according to google. When I called the representative never notified me that you guys would be closing soon and said that they would reach out to a provider without providing me with the proper timeframe. So a combination of googles misleading hours regarding your business as well as a non notification of the business hours/ provider communication timeframe from the representative upon calling has mislead me to believe that the provider was supposed to reach out to...

When my son got sick I wanted to take him to a new Urgent care so I decided to give AFC a try. I was so pleasantly surprised at this facility. Most urgent care facilities have emergency waiting room vibes with white walls and “cold” staff. This place was bright with lots of windows, extra friendly staff and the colors of the floors, walls, and furnishings was so aesthetically pleasing. It didn’t feel like a sick room. This makes a big diff in how I feel about wanting to be in a comfortable place when I need to see a doctor. You walk in the back area to wide hallways and neutral palettes. This place is clean and taken good care of. Our exam room was big, unlike most small clostrophobic rooms we’ve been in. These things are starting to really matter and I like the way I feel being here. Our Doctor provided great care. She was so thorough and relatable. Overall I had such a great experience at this urgent care. I was in and out quickly and before we left the receptionist gave us a parting gift for being new patients. Wow. Be careful with this place. I do not recommend it. Over a year ago, I saw a new urgent care and wanted to try out. People were nice and I liked my first visit. Nightmare happened after a year of my visit. They sent me huge bill a year after the visit and said my insurance did not cover. I have a pretty good insurance so I called them and they said the doctor that I saw was not in network. That was very odd since I asked them specifically if they are in network. They said 'yes' and I also confirmed with my insurance. The thing is the facility is in network but there was one person who was out of network and they did not inform me about that. Also, I revisited this clinic due to sudden tinnitus and PA said ear infection without throughly checked. I did not have any pain or fever so I checked with another doctor and he sia it was not ear infection. No outter or inner infection at all. Since I have bad billing experience and physician experience, I do not recommend anyong going to AFC Chino Hills. You may regret a year later or take unnecessary...
