I'll start with the good. The place is nice, it's. Lean, and the staff appear to be sweet and competent. But that is not indicative of the horrible experience I had. The owner, Nina, and a few staff members were definitely not as they appear. I can sum my experience up to the feeling of being at a shady car dealership or mechanic and ask for an oil change but are pushed and pushed to get a very expensive package. I initially went in for a Groupon Botox special. As it was being done, Nina told me two things that didn't sit right. One, she can't guarantee that the 60 units of Botox would work until she "learned my facial muscles" and two, companies cannot provide good results with a Groupon price, it's just not possible financially to give good results with a coupon. SO with that being said, I had minimal results with 60 units which is crazy! I wonder what was actually injected into my face because I already have full movement back after less than 2 months. That's wild! After going in for my touchup, due to the Botox not working, but she tried to talk me into buying 10 units more than the touch up amount. I was hesitant but agreed. She then sent in another employee to collect my free touch up plus addition.... I finally had enough and called them all out. I was then told "we do not do free touchups on Groupon purchases. Mind you, I paid them directly, not through Groupon so they didn't have to pay Groupon anything. The entire thing stank of scam so I was done. I left and cancelled the package that they charged against policy when I was out of the state... That's another long story! To nutshell the end result, they didn't want to refund me. Then they said they would but up to 8 weeks later. Then I had to file a claim against them and when they couldn't provide a signed contract or receipt from a purchase of package, they texted saying if I cancel my claim they'd give me a refund the following day. I didn't even respond because the credit card company already told me it was not legal for them to charge my card without me having the card or providing the card to them. The card was in Cali, I was in vegas... it should have never happened. Mass game playing over there! I'm so disappointed with their entire process and would never do business with their company again. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. They have an office in Ontario as well which I was told, Nina, the owner goes back and forth to provide services. I hope this review helps others make informed decisions and avoid any funny business with companies who show such disrespect, inconsideration, and shadiness with their customers. It's not okay, especially when everything is so overpriced. Oh, that's another thing, Nina and the office try to say their packaging pricing and equipment can't be beat but truly it's a very competitive business and their pricing is just like all the...
Read moreThese people are evil. I've reported them to the medical board. If you're thinking of going here, run the other way. I'm still traumatized by the experience (6 weeks ago). I found them through Groupon for Botox, and was in the area and they could take me right away (that should have been my first red flag). I offered to pay them instead of Groupon, but they wouldn't match the deal I had. So I bought the Groupon while I was in office. That caused them to snap and start conspiring about how they would get even with me. Beware of Lydia - aka Medusa - with the beady eyes behind her fake glasses and even more fake smile. So instead of giving me the Botox I paid for, they injected me with an UNKNOWN SUBSTANCE and I've had acne ever since. Before coming to this Satan's Den, I had PERFECT skin, and never even had acne in my adolescence. I'm sure they will either write a hateful response to this or dole out some phony apology. Either way, they are mentally-deranged sickos. I have no reason to lie. I'm a successful business owner that likes to get occasional beauty treatments. I've been getting Botox and Dysport for decades. I know how neurotoxins work. I got ZERO results because they did NOT INJECT ME WITH BOTOX! They absolutely perpetrated fraud on me, and then treated me like I was a criminal when I called them out on it. They should be removed of their licenses to practice medical and cosmetic procedures. I never met the owner, but it would be hard to believe she doesn't know the con game her staff is running. Shameful. I'm getting nauseous just writing about this nightmare. The good news is, weeks later, I got REAL Botox and had perfect results from a lovely medspa in Pasadena, which is where I should have gone in the first place. The nurse there told me she's heard of a medspa in Chino that is administering counterfeit products, perhaps this is the place. In closing - if they did it to me, they'll do it to you. YOU'VE...
Read more$265.20 was taken from me and I hope this doesn’t or hasn’t happened to anyone else who has been a patient at Bella Sol Med Spa
I originally purchased 2 fibroblast skin tightening treatments totaling $430.40 ($215.20 each ) on group on
During my consultation with PA Nina Gaetano it was suggested the results I was hoping for would be best if I purchased 2 opus RF micro needling treatments at $700 each for a total of $1400
At that time I transferred my group on amount of $430.40 towards the $1400 and asked the office staff to charge the remaining balance on my care credit charge card. I was just made aware they charged my card $962.00 (which should have been $969.60)
I ended up using one of the fibroblast skin tightening treatments and was told it would be subtracted from my balance ($215.20 - $1392.40 = $1177.20 balance remaining )
My next appointment I chose to have one of the opus RF micro needling treatments done ($700 - $1177.20 = $477.20 balance )
On my third appointment I requested to meet with PA Nina Gaetano , as I was not happy with the results from either treatment and was requesting a credit towards a different treatment they could offer me . I was told I would only be receiving a credit for $212. After multiple times writing down my numbers and talking to PA Nina Gaetano she repeated my credit was $212. I went through all the above charges and credits. I even asked her was I charged more for the services because I changed my mind on the services and she answered “no”.
In the end I just wanted to get out of the office and couldn’t believe that PA Nina Gaetano thought she could convince me her math was correct just because she kept repeating herself. I finally asked her if she could credit my care credit card the $212 and she agreed to that.
My actual credit should have been $477.20 and I was only credited $212.00 which is a $265.20 loss. I will never return to this office and I would not...
