The staff is odd and rude. They try to assert themselves for no reason. I stood aside of the service line, so not to impede ANYONE just incase I was in the wrong area. I asked where returns would be, incase there's a different service desk for it. Rachel in registry and customer service said "yeah, sure"...then proceeded saying," you're suppose to enter the line though." There was NO line. No one was there. She then kept instructing me in how to go into a line...I seriously just raised my eyebrow irritated; I was just asking a question of where to go. Then she subsided and said "nevermind, no one's here anyway...just come forward." She must have sensed I was irritated, but... by all means that doesn't mean you should force your quota at my expense. First of all, you are rude and you wasted my time. Trying to convince me, at this time, that your Target card would an awesome benefit ...would have been better spend in that waste of time browbeating you did, about how to get in line as if I was a child.

Read moreI LOVE Target, but this Target. Just. Disappointing to say the least. This is the closest to my house and I go out of my way to visit other cleaner/friendlier locations. There is trash literally everywhere outside this place. It’s in the planters along parking lot, it’s all over the parking lot, the trash is constantly over flowing in the front and there is trash all around the gutters. Doing pick up orders will take minimum of 15 minutes. Employees will see you waiting and intentionally avoid you. If you’re in a hurry drive up is 100% faster. On multiple occasions I have walked to my car and the cart collector will watch me get into my car and start it only to move his carts behind my car then walk away to gather more carts. I’ve sat there for 5+ minutes waiting for him to move the cart so I can leave. (I don’t take forever to pull out either. Read moreI been to the store a few days this week to buy NECA/ Mcfarlane items. First told the items are in the back but the vendor can only be the one to bring it out. Came back 2 days in a row with the same answer. 3rd day it was sold out. I find it hard to believe that within 24 hours it was sold out of every NECA Mcafarlane item that was suppose to be released. Rumors from the store is that employees are pulling items from the back to buy for themselves. Or the vendor are buying all the hard to find items themselves or saving it for friends. It doesn't make sense but the employees in electronics seem to have same response of it's in the back but I cannot pull it, or sorry we don't have any inventory.
