🛑I do NOT RECOMMEND DULCERIA AZTECA Neglectful, Rude and Zero patience for Customers. ⚠️Consumer Advisory 😱 Beware of Rudeness, Zero Customer Care and Disrespectful attitude when kindly asking for assistance 😬 I speak for my self and the unfortunate HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE both my self and son received on Friday July 15, 2022. I had to drive to DULCERIA COTY 2877 Imperial Ave, San Diego 92101 where my son and I received Wonderful customer service and a Humble welcome 🙏 Very attentive service. In DULCERIA COTY you will find the various Candy this store doesn’t carry. It’s worth the drive. In these times of uncertainty I strongly believe being kind, helpful and of service to others makes a Huge difference specially when Owning and managing a Business Open to the Public. As My sons B-Day quickly approached My son asked for a Piñata 🪅 I Googled the closest Place that sold piñatas and DULCERIA AZTECA came up😊. My son was super Exited. We entered the store No one greeted or welcomed us into the store. As we entered we then noticed 2 employees at the back of store restocking so we got a shopping 🛒 And filled it with our candy selections. My son liked a piñata so I kindly asked for the prices only to be completely ignored 😔. Then my son notices Goody Bags “Bolsitas para el Bolo” that’s when I kindly asked for assistance at the entrance. The lady was completely dismissive 😱 I then said “Excuse Me, Hello Seria tan amable de mostrarme las bolsitas para el Bolo y manteles de la misma imajen porfavor.” The lady approached me in an upset manner “Aver donde” so I showed her. I asked me gustaria saber so tiene manteles de lo mismo” y Ella respondio “Pues ahi busquele, Mueva las cosas! Since I have 3 dislocated discs In my back It is difficult for me to kneel all the way down to search for the Goodie Bags so my son kneaded down and search That is when the lady began to rush him and as she raised her voice at him🥺🤔. I was extremely surprised and disappointed to say the least. I immediately told her “ Oiga disculpe, no veo la necesidad de levantarle la voz a mi Hijo” the lady responded “Pues le estoy diciendo que ahi y NO lo Mira que le apure que le mueva” At that point I simply asked my son to get up. I addressed the lady by pointing out “Disculpe y con todo respeto. Presisamente ese fue el motivo por que pedi assistencia al cliente” Le dije “Es obvio que usted mejor que nadie conoce la tienda” “Unicamente sele esta pidiendo que nos muestre manteles” La señora muy molesta said Pues Aya ustedes ásganse Self Service 😬as she walked away🙄. So I took the shopping cart 🛒 and I was forced to tell her I front of arriving customers “No es manera de tratar a sus clientes ya que venimos a consumir de su negocio. Mucho menos es forma de tratar a un niño” I then said “Acaba de perder un Cliente” The lady just laughed as she expressed “Usted ni mi clients es”😵 It was supposed to be a Happy and exciting experience for my self and son. It turned out to be not only a Horrible, disappointing and Sad experience. I DO NOT recommend DULCERIA AZTECA. No proper work ethic when attending to customers. Lack of customer service. No active listening skills No consideration for a person with Back Problems as my mobility is difficult...
Read moreI ordered a piñata over 3 weeks prior to my event and I asked beforehand if they were able to make what I wanted which was the Cheshire Cat from Alice in wonderland. Not only did they rush the order and barely had it made 2 days prior to my event but they printed out a pixilated picture and glued it on. I could have easily done that myself. It’s very disappointing to order 3+ weeks before an event and receive something so disappointing. This is terrible...
Read moreI had a disappointing experience and wouldn't recommend this place. The customer service was unprofessional when the cashier forgot to include a purchased item (valued at -5 dollars). Upon addressing the mistake, instead of acknowledging it, the cashier accused me of dishonesty, resulting in having to pay twice. This encounter left me dissatisfied with their customer service.
