My Wife and I have been walking down there before we was married once or twice a week if not more . We had put a lock on the Suspension bridge when I asked her to Marry me . We Got married yesterday and her and I along with my brother and brother in law which was my best men whom I had been the best man at there wedding 5 months ago, took a walk across the bridge and my wife and me added a second lock to our original one and they put there first lock on it . Sawyer Point and The Banks have always been a very memorable place for myself and now my family also . It is very beautiful down there despite the Poverty of the people we see which hurts our hearts every time but it is Reality that some should see cause it is a mixture of Darkness which which even people having the hardest times can see some beauty and light in there roughest times . It is truly The spot for anyone and everyone to...

Love the view of the river. Walking over the purple people bridge into Kentucky and back. Walking and sitting on the serpentine wall. Most of the much publicized public events for Cincinnati happen here. Lots of different vendors with different products and services during the busier times. The park is a long strip along the river so to experience it all, you need to go from one end to the other. Many pretty cool features like the statue of Cincinnatus, whom Cincinnati is named after, and the large tiles along the walkway representing all time on earth including representations of prehistoric animals and dinosaurs. There are signs that tell about historical events in the area. Restrooms are pretty primitive, but do alright. Playgrounds, volleyball,...

Last night was horrible, no food at and event over 10,000 people, no cold water, health department should have shutdown the concert last night with the Isley's Brother & SWV. Two vender for food and one sold out, 1 vender for water and pop. Gave no cold water but a small cups of ice with hot water. However 4 vender for alcohol and couldn't bring nothing. CPT should have not been and option for a concert. We didn't start until 9:39 on an Event that was to start at 8pm. By the time Ronald got on stage we were dying of food and water and had to leave at 1:19 am and didn't get to hear the rest of the main event. Universal.Com and Sawyer Park and anybody else who promoted the concert should repent! And give...

Sawyer Point Park is such a nice place to hang out, and we really enjoy coming here. We came for Oktoberfest right at open on a Saturday, and it was perfect — not too crowded yet, so we had plenty of space to walk around, grab food, and check everything out without feeling rushed. The park itself is big, clean, and well-organized, which makes it a great spot whether you’re here for a big festival or just to relax by the river. The atmosphere is welcoming, and it’s an awesome place to spend time with friends or family. We’re lucky to have a place like this in Cincinnati. Definitely worth checking out for events or just a casual visit!

Ride a bike down the tree lined promenade on top of serpentine wall, walk along the river at the bottom, or fall in love sitting inside the large steps whose snake like action makes private covies for an entire city. In early Spring the hundred or so Cherry Blossom trees bloom blazing pink. Quickly be above the park with a walk up and over the Purple People Bridge. Image is view from Purple People Bridge in very late Winter/Early Spring where the Ohio River is high from snow melt but the trees have not yet bloomed.
