Menchie's Frozen Yogurt — Attraction in Citrus Heights

Came here today. I downloaded the app and they added 5.00 to my account. So my total for this yogurt was only 2.13 cents. Otherwise would have cost over 7.00.

The place was very clean. At the Register they had sample cups. I tried a few different flavors.

Today they had

milk chocolate mania...Did not try this flavor.

Vanilla snow...this was really good

Coconut...this was one of my favorite

Original tart...did not try

Ice cream sandwich...I tried this and personally thought it was gross. It did not taste like that and left a greasy after taste

Red velvet..tried this did not like it

Fruit punch...did not try

Pineapple sorbet...amazing flavor...one of my favorite

German chocolate and iced coffee...did not try

10...strawberry was good

Cheesecake...did not try

They have plenty of flavors to offer certainly you will find one you like.

Next you have the nuts and toppings. They have so many to choose from...5 different syrups...nuts to candy galore...like 40 or more toppings to choose from...

I really like this place. First time here. They have a special right now if you pay through the app its...

A Clean, Friendly, and Always Delicious Frozen Yogurt Spot

Menchie’s on Madison is hands down one of my favorite frozen yogurt places. They switch up the flavors regularly, so there’s always something yummy to try, and I love that it never feels stale or repetitive.

What really makes this location stand out is how welcoming they are to kids and toddlers—it’s such a friendly, family-friendly spot. The store is super clean, well-organized, and well-maintained, which makes every visit enjoyable. Even the bathroom is big, well-stocked, and spotless—which, let’s be honest, is a huge plus when you’ve got little ones in tow!

The employees are pleasant and efficient, not overly chatty, but they get the job done, and I appreciate that. The prices are fair, and they run great promotions from time to time, making it even more affordable.

At the end of the day, this is my go-to frozen yogurt spot. Whether I’m with my kids or catching up with friends, it’s always a great experience....

When we walked in, no one was at the front so we kind of just stood there....

I'm not even sure how to describe how terrible this experience was. The frozen yogurt was nowhere near "frozen". It was warm. The toppings that necessitated being cold weren't in a cool place. The cool whip wasn't even in a cool area or on ice and the cheesecake topping looked disgusting, almost like it had sat for days.

I got the plain tart with pomegranate swirl and it tasted spoiled. My boyfriend got the cake batter mixed with vanilla, his was melted before we even walked out the door.

Unfortunately, I'll never be returning to Menchie's anywhere ever again. This experience gave me belly aches. I'd like to think this was just a bad day, but I cannot risk my health or $$. Hopefully other people's...
