Sunrise Mall — Local services in Citrus Heights

this almost felt like I was trespassing in a abandoned mall because most of the closed stores looked like a jail cell lmao.

the buildings around the mall looked like a failed attempt to build a business in there but they got bankrupt like that looked pathetic

the only places I would give a damn about is either JCPenney, Macy's, or obviously the food court or maybe Claire's.

and what's crazy to me is why is there separate macy stores? the employee talking about "oh the mens Macy's is way down the hall and the other Macy's is on your right" like...how tf is this mall looking like an abandoned warehouse yet you couldn't at least combine the two Macy's instead of it being seperate like...I'm not walking no damn 2 miles just to find a pair of pants.

anyways I gave this three stars because the experience wasn't too bad for me but...things definitely needs to change in there cause this was a mess but at the same time it wasn't.

This is an extra but...I was here back in January 6th and they still had a Santa sitting in the middle of the mall catching straight dust and dirt, someone in that same building thought they did something and added a dollar tree quality santa....even the kids in there didnt give a single damn about him. That's pathetic I'm sorry if that's not pathetic then I don't...

Terrible Mall in all honesty. I was jumped at Macy's of December 2016 period instead of their security and their in Mall police trying to stop the girl they tried apprehending me I could give me out of the store with when I was laying on the ground with a concussion and a bruised up bloody face. They even let the girl walk right out she didn't have to run it was all caught on camera and nothing was done about it because this mall sucks. I was just walking through simple customer and jump by somebody who I didn't even know. And the Macy's security guard grabbed me try to take me outside and kick me out. Thankfully there were some really nice woman there who stopped him because they can see I was Dazed and very confused what just happened. The girl little way and nothing has been done about it and charges are still out for her. All because this month at Macy's she got away. I never go back into that Macy's, I used to do the make a wish every year for the Santa letters well I haven't done the Santa letter since then and I will never do him again because Macy's is a terrible place. I don't know if it's just a small but I've never been so...

Honestly, it was a frightening experience because it was one week after Black Friday and the entire mall was desolate. I think that the brick-and-mortar storefront, is about to be no longer. I did not give this rating of 5 stars because I thought it was a good thing I give it 5 Stars to draw attention to the review. I've been coming to Sunrise Mall since 1976 just after it opened back when you could stand at Madison and Sunrise and see the mall all the way from the intersection cuz there was nothing else out there. Now I'm afraid that the mall is to be no longer. I pray that you all have a fantastic Merry Christmas and I hope that we all have a Stellar New Year. I hope that we all come together as a country and decide what direction we want to go in. I sincerely hope that direction is in line with the principles and morals and ethics that I felt America was when I was growing up. We the People........... does anybody remember those words?.... and in the end that's what it's going to come down to ..... WE the people are going to have to decide.....are we going to remain a country? United we stand... Divided... We fall. Let us Stand Together....
