Jonathan's Computer Store and Computer Repair — Attraction in City of Hudson

Jonathan is definitely THE MAN! This guy is brilliant, he's always there when he's supposed to be, he's generous with his time and counsel, and his prices are most reasonable. I love the way he just plops down your machine and diagnoses the problem the minute you walk in and if he can fix it in a little time - usually the case - just does whatever it is then and there. And if he does have to keep it, it's ready the same day. Sometimes, when it's something I should have known how to do myself but didn't, he hasn't even charged me! Just today, with a real emergency on my hands, Jonathan came through for me with no prior notice - again. How fortunate we are to have him in our little town!

(BTW, the review by "Tom Johnson" (I doubt that's h/er real name), below, is simply not credible. Jonathan is nothing if not ethical, for one thing, and none of those things could ever have happened in his store. In fact, the whole screed is garbage! Jonathan sold my friend a used laptop for about $200 that he claimed would be super fast with a solid state hard drive, but the computer is the opposite of that. It is so slow it's practically worthless. In addition to that, the computer still has someone else's name embedded as a user, along with their files, so the hard drive was never wiped clean before he sold it. Jonathan saved the launch of my new company! I was about a week from "go live," and very unfortunately, the screen broke on my MacBook while I was working late one evening. I immediately contacted Jonathan, and he replied first thing in the morning. He got creative and set me up on an external monitor, so I could still access my files and get critical work done, and he helped me through the screen repair process, even setting me up with a loaner laptop....
