Frank's Chop Shop — Attraction in City of Rochester

Huge prices! Hardly cut mt hair! A month has gone by and need a new haircut! The worst haircut i ever had in my life! Now have to pay for a new haircut someplace else!! I feel insulted! Dont go here!! Make sure you settle on the price first before letting them do anything! Had funny feeling no prices posted anywhere and its for a good reason! Because they will try and suck as much money you as possible! Told him not to do a shave but forced it on me anyway! Hardly cut my hair at all and asked $45! But settled for $35 and was very dissapointed! Yes, the guy who cut my hair seemed a real laugh but he was just playing around not really doing anything. This establishment is a joke!
