The Saratoga Day Spa — Attraction in City of Saratoga Springs

The website had an error that didn’t take our couple’s facial/massage correctly. The result was that we only had the couple’s massage booked. They did everything they could have possibly done to make it right. The massages were absolutely perfect, and they paid very close attention to the pressure to ensure it was always at a comfortable level. The entrance to the facility is a bit tough to spot as there are a multitude of businesses in that section of Saratoga. That said, the space itself is very clean! Zero stars for this awful establishment. My partner and I have arrived on time, even though the woman was pushing for an earlier visit because she was in a rush to go home and close up. We were greeted by some tattoo artist who opened the door (the place is located in a very shady building that resembles outdated Chinese mall) he/she was rude and told us that everyone has already left for the night. No services were provided and I was still charged. I am still going back and forth between these unprofessional individuals and my bank that is actually trying to compensate for this scam. There are many other beautiful places in Saratoga to spend a relaxing day in. Go to Roosevelt instead, highly recommend. Don't waste your time...

If you are looking for an incredible waxing experience, you MUST see Jhoanna! She is extremely professional and a highly skilled esthetician/wax specialist, and just a truly wonderful human. I have been going to her for quite some time now and am consistently impressed by her care, technique, and skill - I for one wouldn't trust anyone else to do the job. Another huge selling point for me is that she uses a high quality wax, which a lot of places around here don't do (higher cost for the business maybe?), which just goes to show how much she truly cares about her clients' comfort and overall experience.
