The product I purchased seems to be of good quality and worth the price. However, the customer service my husband and I received from Mack M was horrible. To sum up our experience. Mack’s demeanor said to my husband and I that he didn’t want to be at work. The attitude received basically gave off if you’re not going to make the purchase at this moment then we were wasting his time. He made this very CLEAR from the vague and careless answers and responses that were given when we asked questions. For example after purchasing the merchandise he was explaining that the purchase is a final sale with no warranty’s. I asked about the information that was sitting on the table which I was under the assumption came with my purchase. Only after I asked him what was the paper on the table that mentioned scratches and burn marks, he then said that we could purchase a 5 year warranty for an additional $150 and that he forgot to mention it before we finished paying for our purchase but he could still add it on. But by that point my husband was livid from the experience and was ready to leave the store because first Mack seemed like he didn’t want to help us or look into something’s we asked about and forgot/ didn’t want to do what is part of his job. If we had more time in the day we would definitely made the trip over to Louisville to make our purchase or if I could’ve found the same table for a different price even if it was more expensive but could have an excellent customer service experience I would’ve left after our initial interaction with this young man. I will not be referring anyone to this store to make a purchase to receive the same treatment...
Read moreEXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!! If I could rate 0 stars I would. The lack of customer service is astounding. My fiancé and I ordered a sectional from the Clarksville location at the VERY beginning of May. We were told everything was in stock and we would receive it in 2 weeks and to wait on a text to set up a date and time for the delivery (We paid for the shipping). Fast forward 2 and a half weeks, we hadn’t deceived any texts. Waited another week. Still no text. We then called their customer service line. We were told to email them instead. So we did. We were THEN informed that it seems 1 half of the sectional is out of stock and wouldn’t be in stock until the beginning of July. We then had to wait ANOTHER 2 weeks to get the part of the sectional that was in stock.... we received this part with no problem!!! Fast forward basically 2 months. We had received no email, no call, and no text for us to set up a delivery time for the second half. FINALLY after a week of trying to get ahold of someone, we were then informed that the second half won’t be in stock until NOVEMBER!!! At the earliest! They did offer for us to either choose another set or wait until it comes in stock...
Keep in mind that they offer no refunds and you pay for the shipping of your product. We had to contact them for everything, including wondering where our missing couch was at the very beginning. We did not once talk to anyone personally. It’s all been through texts and just a few emails.
The lack of communication from this company is blatantly ridiculous. They for sure have lost me as a customer for any...
Read moreEDIT: It took some time, but Louisville Overstock Warehouse made this right. They gave me multiple options to make up for my issues. While it does suck that I had issues, I am now completely satisfied with how they resolved the situation. I absolutely plan on shopping there in the future (just maybe not for a couch). Our bedroom furniture and mattress are from there and we love all of it. Definitely give them a shot if you need good prices.
Extremely dissatisfied with our couch. We bought 2 customer order couches for around $2000. Months later, the cushions started tearing. Louisville overstock helped us get them replaced through the manufacturers warranty, so that was nice. However, once again, a month or two later, they began to rip again. Now it's been over a year and they are out of warranty, so there is nothing we can do. I really didn't expect a couch for that much money to rip at just about every single seam. It sucks because I really enjoyed my buying experience, but I'm now stuck with a ripped up couch every day. And it's not like we are doing gymnastics on them. We just sit and lie down. I guess just be careful and don't assume that because something is pricey and custom and you have to wait 3 months for it to come in, that it will be good quality. I know Louisville overstock didn't manufacture the couch, Klaussner did- but it sucks that no...
