Quintana's Barber & Dream Spa — Attraction in Cleveland Heights

I have been a loyal customer of Quintana’s since I was 18 years old, not only because of the great haircuts but because of the atmosphere they provide. It is your neighborhood barbershop. Everyone knows your name, treats you like a VIP, and are full of great conversation! The addition of the second floor speakeasy has made it hands down the best barbershop around. On the day of my wedding, Quintana’s hosted me, my seven groomsmen, my officiant, and my father for shaves, haircuts and cocktails. It was an amazing experience that my friends and I will never forget. Our party was setup in the second floor of the speakeasy. This is a true speakeasy, red curtains blocking the windows, beautiful dark wooden bar, dim lighting, and a large selection of spirits and old fashioned cocktails. A fantastic bourbon collection! It is all hidden behind a bookshelf where you must open a book and press a button to unlock! We brought our suits and got prepared in the speakeasy. While waiting between haircuts we were able to enjoy cocktails and bloody Mary’s. The barbershop let my dad bring in bagels and snacks. The bartenders for the event, Josh and Caitlin, did a great job and were extremely knowledgeable. Every time I frequent the speakeasy, I learn something new and am poured a drink I’ve never tried. Also, Nick my usual bartender makes a great drink! Give him a description of what you like and he’ll whip something special up for you! The haircuts were great. Alex, Theo and Dan did a phenomenal job. Following the haircut was a single blade shave and a hot towel with tea tree oils! The barbershop gave a complimentary bag of goodies and coupons to any of my guests who had never been in before, all of which are coming back! We were all blown away by the hospitality of this group. Shout out to Jessica another one of the great barbers, who usually cuts my hair but was also getting married that day. On top of the great day of experience, my wife and I got pre-wedding massages at the dreamspa from Carlo and Angie. My wife came in a few days before with my sister and enjoyed a manicure and pedicure next door. Quintana’s made our wedding experience very special. For several years my haven and escape has been Quintana’s nail spa. The incredible staff have consistently ensured my visit never disappoints. However most outstanding is the excellence in service delivered by Chariah. If you’re fortunate enough to get a standing appointment (highly recommend getting one in advance online or by phone) Chariah is your person!!

Chariah is a master nail tech who has many years perfecting her craft. She is the queen at mani/pedis and you will not be disappointed!

Beyond her job it is evident Chariah’s high performing, perfectionism, professionalism, consistency, dedication, creativity, innovation, resourcefulness, integrity, dynamic, and positivity shows up in her work. Chariah demonstrates everything and more of what you’d like to receive as a Quintana’s customer and goes further ensuring her customers feel completely satisfied with her work. Her warm and funny personality is an added bonus. Chariah ensures everyone feels welcomed, seen, heard and understood as to what they’d like from their nail sos experience. As a customer I’ve seen her mentor other team members with grace and poise and makes herself available to all that needs her. Through the years Chariah has become my maní pedí icon and provided endless manis from holidays, cultural events, galas, birthdays, anniversaries, work promotions, bad work weeks, stressful weeks, and everything in between. I switched to Quintana's after years of going to chain barbers. Quintana's is a breath of fresh air. The stylists are very professional, the ambiance is inviting and homey, and the cool features, such as the bar upstairs, give an entrepreneurial flair that makes business people feel at home. Also, the place is meticulously clean. And sometimes they offer pastries. Yum. I have yet to do another service, but wish to at some point. I'll keep returning to Quintana's. - 7-15-2019 update. We visited the Speakeasy for the first time. A haircut/services receipt is sometimes redeemable for a discount in the Speakeasy. What a fantastic space. Dark but comfortable. Delicious drinks and small plates. Clever entrance. Don't be surprised if you don't get it at first. Diverse clientele. Nice place to meet friends or have a party. 3-20-2021 update - Quintana's is jubilant for Spring! The barbers are merrily snipping the winter's long shaggy hair, leaving patrons delightfully shorn and trim and fresh! Nov 2022 update - my first Quintana’s massage. Jafar is amazing! Thanks so much!
