Lennox Town Center — Attraction in Clinton Township

I would never recommend this place to go see a movie at . It's the worst theater I've ever been to . I take my granddaughter almost every weekend to see a movie . We usually try and go to different theaters just to check them out. Well this evening we went here to Lennox on olentangy/kinnear Rd . And omg I will never ever go back !! It is the worst place . It's so uncomfortable it's unreal. For the price ya pay for tickets and then the price ya pay for the food and drinks is crazy already. So that means they make the money. So why not make it right ! Make it comfortable at least. Like the seats are just plain seats. It's like sitting in the stadium. They are small and tiny .(Even for my child ) They have no recline , no cushioning to them what so ever ! And they are so many it's like they are trying to make sure to get every once of space and as many seats as possible. There is only one entrance into each theater. Usually you can enter and exit from either side of the movie . But nope if ya gotta go well ya gotta walk in front of the screen itself or ask everyone in the row to please excuse ya as ya go in and out . It's just not nice at all. It is not relaxing at all. It gave me a pounding headache sitting in those seats like that for 2 hours .. and don't let me forget about the bathrooms ! OMG horrible, just horrible. Now I get it they get messy after a few movies. Well this place looked as if it hasn't been cleaned in a long time ! No paper towels in either of the 2 dispensers. Instead they left a big roll out on the counter for ya to tear some off , don't mind that it's all wet from the counter getting wet from people washing their hands.

I will never go back there. And if you want to go somewhere and enjoy yourself and relax while watching a movie. Well I'd go somewhere else or just watch...

Easton is soooo soooo much better,they literally still have the same seats from when I was like 18 and went there. You would think if they wanted more people to come atleast take a page out of Eastons play book. Easton has leather seats that recline,and have a little hand rest table that moves in front of you. Lennox felt so cramped,idk I took my son to Easton last week and it was amazing, went to Lennox today and it was horrible. Plus it was 60 something dollars for 2 pops,a thing of popcorn,and a nachos,plus 2 movie tickets...that is absolutely insane...ill use Disney plus,hulu,HBO Max or just watch the movie on the internet in the comfort of my own home before I spend that much money to watch a movie with my son. I seriously couldn't believe how far they let that place go. Hell Studio 35 is more comfortable and has better seats,all around better experience then Lennox...100% Disappointing 😞. Even my 9 year old came out of nowhere and said dad can we please go to Easton next time..lmfao almost 70 dollars for 2 people,you would atleast think it would be an amazing experience lol. Went to see the new BATMAN Movie Man Day with My Grandson. I hadn't been to the Lennox now The Phoenix Theater in a long long time . It was an ok return no upgrades I noticed . The prices have gone up the old buy a refillable take home popcorn bucket is $10 and NO FREE REFILLS You pay $4.50 for each refill SMH. The staff was very Nonchalant just kind of hanging out more than working. We got in early for the 1:30pm show there were other shows that where in progress.The Concession stand had old popcorn in the bottom of the bin I asked about fresh popcorn the associate said it was made 20 minutes ago or so ..so I passed waited 30 more minutes when I saw others in my theater come in with popcorn thinking they would be making a fresh batch nope they sold the cold stale popcorn so we had to wait another 10 minutes and finally they made a fresh batch SMH .. More than Half of the butter machines were out of service 😕 the star lighting in the theater really needs updated . I'd say try...
