Rocky Mountain Sports - Cody — Attraction in Cody

Went today to purchase fishing license and conservation stamp. Had my last years ones in my hand thinking it would be helpful for the cashier on filling out the new one. I didn't even get the chance to ask for my new one because the clerk, Ms. Harris, employee of Rocky My Sports, rudely and loudly let me know they were no longer an agent for G&F and it was RMS decision not to be associated with G&F any longer. There were quite a few customers present. Her rudeness and very unprofessional attitude has cost RMS my business! I've always supported our local businesses, however, I will no longer...

.It would be nice if they could price match I went back in with a rifle I purchased from them to get a better scope and I had bad scope mounts and they replaced them for free....I would have gave them a 5 star rating but the staff kinda put a vibe out to new customers that they dont care what we buy as long as we get it and get out....they do have some great staff that is willing to teach you about an item that they know of....but some do not know a shotgun powder from a pistol to rifle......they need to train...

I bought a higher end leupold spotting scope as a gift when I was in cody on November 8, 2019. I drove over 4 hours back to cody to return the scope on November 17. When I tried to return it, employees simply said they there are no return on optics.

Nobody told me this when I purchased the scope and the receipt states:

"NO RETURNS ON BEAR SPRAY, AMMO, FUEL NO RETURNS ON GPS'S, ELECTRONICS"

Highly DON'T recommend this business due to lack of customer service. And I will NEVER shop at this...
