Ascend Cannabis Dispensary - Collinsville — Attraction in Collinsville

The cashier N.L was extremely rude from the moment we got in line after ordering on the kiosk. She first ignored us for approximately two minutes and we were the only ones in the line and in the store. Then she proceeds to rudely say next to us and we started walking towards her and she said next again even more aggressive. I ordered the product under my name and I told my significant other to get my ID out of his wallet to give to her my ID and she left to go get my order. When she came back, she had even more of an attitude and then proceeded to asked my significant other to show her his ID. I said she doesn't need to see his though because we had to previously show it to even get Into the dispensary and he wasn't the one making the purchase. Ps over the two years I've gone to this dispo they have never made the both us show our IDs when buying just when we enter so they can check and verify we are 21. However she then proceeds to go on a power trip and tells me if she asks to see his ID we are required to show her. I was beyond baffled as my boyfriend gives her his ID she still proceeded to be very disrespectful then goes on to say why y'all got to to be rude and make this so much harder than it has to be and then the security guard started to act as if we're starting an issue when all I asked is why he's required to show her his ID again when we already did that to even enter the building and I'm the one purchasing it he just holds my ID and Card in his wallet because I don't have one. Rudest experience ive ever had over the last two years I've been coming to this place Im a regular and usually get Billy Love who is an outstanding man who's never once hassled me and my partner on why my partner holds...

Do not go here... Their website to checkout doesn't even display the THC percentage correctly... Not to mention they are still over priced.

I'm also not sure why their taxes are higher than any other dispensary.. it's usually 3% higher from what I've seen.. I've added photos as proof for the higher taxes. The percentage difference between $8.79 and $9.45 is approximately 7.37%.

Please do not support this business... If you want a lot better deals and higher quality Bud, go to revolution in Maryville or Beyond Hello in St Louis. I forgot to also mention that the lines are also much faster in the other dispensaries compared to ascend in Collinsville.

I'd like to also point out that they pay for Google reviews via promotions or handouts. So that 4 stars you see is fake... If you want to see for yourself, there are many five star reviews that people have left no comments on.. It was their only Google review on a new account. Please help in reporting these fake reviews to Google.

The store has been open for a little over 5 years now and I have not once seen the prices lower... They seem to put their products on sale whenever they're about to expire.. I would have thought that when Missouri went legal the prices would be a little bit more reasonable. The closest thing they have to a reasonable price are the simply herb 1g vape cartridges for 45$... But they are not even glass... The damn things are plastic... So if you want oil that doesn't taste like smoking a tire its 60$-70$ for a good ozone product.

So... I have been going to Ascend Collinsville since Black Friday 2022. They had some amazing deals that no one could beat!! They would notify us on Facebook of anything that was important, especially for Medical Patients.

Now they have deleted their Facebook account, they do not message back when rewards points are missing or incorrect, and the deals we get up at 6am for are a joke!! On New Years they didn't have anything ready so everyone who came early and waited hours for "door busters" got to order one (1) 3.5 G for 25$... that's absolutely not a deal!!!

I honestly feel like they have abandoned their Medical Patients, I have a traumatic brain injury and the bud tender today belittled me today on 420. She rushed me, and at the end I was processing her asking me if I wanted to used my points, I couldn't hear her so I looked confused.

she reached out and pretended to "Strangle Me" saying "I just wish I could strangle you" because she was frustrated... very unprofessional and made me very upset. I fought and became injured in Iraq defending her way of life and she treats her Medical Patients like that...No thank you Nicholle L!!!

Ascend Collinsville please have a look at yourself and your current business practices and re-evaluate your customer base, please take into account your Medical Patients. We are disabled and need time to plan a trip to the dispensary; for some of us, this is our Medication and we depend on...
