Today we had the pleasure of being helped and waited on by Leslie...And she was absolutely amazing and one of the most helpful salesperson we have ever had the pleasure of helping us or meeting. She took her very valuable time in between her customer to help us decide exactly which mattress would be best for my many medical needs. Leslie took so much time with us as I desperately tried to decide between two different mattress. She even took the time to removed one mattress off of the non-adjustable base onto an adjustable base to see if it was any more comfortable for me. Due to the fact I have many medical problems and disability’s I needed to see how it would feel once I was able to adjust the mattress. What an absolutely amazing inspirational person Leslie is and we were so very blessed to have had the pleasure of meeting her and having her take care of our needs. She did all of this out of the kindness of her amazing heart because she was not even our sales agent...which meant she took all of this time with us and is not even the agent that will be getting the commission for the sale of our mattress. Everything went well buying the mattress and setting up delivery. I even moved the delivery up a couple days with no problems, or so I thought. The morning of delivery, the delivery driver contacted me to inform me that they did not have my complete order on the truck. It wasn't his fault, he simply picked up what the warehouse provided him to deliver. Anyways, Mattress Warehouse decided to only ship 1 of the 2 box springs along with the king mattress. The more concerning issue was that it took a direct call from the delivery driver to inform me of this because he noticed the mistake, not the company. Mattress Warehouse never thought to notify me or inform me they only had one box spring available. I don't understand why, 1. I wasn't notified of the issue from the company and 2. why they would ship 2/3 of an order like that. So my new, expensive king mattress is leaning up against the wall until they can ship the other box spring. I understand things go wrong and stuff happens, but a little communication/notification and commonsense would've gone a long way here.

Updated review: Apparently Mattress Warehouse responding to a poor review and asking you to contact them is just an attempt to look good on social media and internet review sites. I emailed them about their mess up with my order and have yet to hear back from them. Glad to know this is how customers...

Eric is wonderful to work with and is extremely knowledgeable and provides a zero pressure experience. I have seen several negative comments and disagree with what has been said about this store and sales staff. When I moved to Virginia 2006 I purchased all new mattresses for my family and now need replacements (they worked with my budget then which was very limited as a single mother, hence why all need to be replaced now) and service then is the same as service now excellent.

All salepeople I have worked with then and now are only as knowledgeable as you provide them with why you can't get a comfortable sleep. I did the sleep comfort test to help them understand where they needed assist me and it provided at least 6 options for me. Some were at the highest price point but they were the highest quality mattress...but as I tell my kids there are times you get what you pay for when you decide to go wirh the cheapest option.

I hope Eric is still at this store in a few years when it is time to purchase my granddaughters first full bed mattresses!! If Eric is not there for any reason I have confidence that any other salesperson there will be as knowledgeable and courteous as he has been.
