Not great. In-store Verizon customer service is nearly non-existent, it's gone downhill fast & in-store employees are flat out lazy. And Forget Verizon's "on-line system", it's horrendously flawed with glitches galore, endless loops & chats going nowhere, accomplishing nothing after many hours of effort. Ugh! ... Oh how I miss the old days honestly, of real sincere customer service & a one-stop shopping experience at a brick & mortar Verizon store. Most Verizon needs ie: plan changes, add-ons, problems, confusing bill discrepancies etc. are "outsourced" now & it's up to us to call in for customer service, wait an hour, maybe get disconnected then wait some more to try to get things accomplished... Roll the dice & hope to get a caring, knowledgeable agent. It all so frustrating. * Luckily, alas we finally got a phenomenal human being at the call-center in eastern USA, agent Khamecia who got all of our problems resolved and did it with genuine care & sincere joy & professionalism! Our family is grateful for her ... She went above & beyond to save the day & single handedly by her efforts, kept us from dropping Verizon all together. Read moreI just got hung up on by Melissa 🙃 I have tried calling for 2 days now to try to get a clearance Box from Michael's secured. yesterday I spoke to 3 different employees at THREE DIFFERENT times asking when they would be released and all 3 of them assured me that they hadn't even been released yet and they weren't sure when they were going to be released. So this morning I call well before they're even opened to get a start on the Box to make sure that I will be able to get one secured. and Melissa gets on the phone and tells me that they are all gone and that they were put out on Tuesday and does not care that THREE of her employees are completely incompetent and gave me completely wrong information so that I completely missed out on these boxes. Instead of trying to figure out who KEPT Giving me incorrect information during the day yesterday she just continues to tell me that there's nothing that she can do for me and then hangs up on me. great customer...
Read moreI had to go to the Xfinity Store on Saturday May 13, 2024 to get my replacement phone loaded up with apps and information from a phone I accidentally damaged in a store while shopping. I got the replacement phone through the Fed EX system and the store was busy however a counter attendant asked me what I needed and I explained why I came to the store. He took me to a quiet spot at the rear of the store and began setting up the phones for a transfer. It took maybe 30 minutes but it was painless. I went home knowing I had a great service with knowledgeable staffer and friendly people! I was able to do a factory reset on my damaged phone at home after looking it up on the phone. It cleared my old information off and unlocked the phone as requested by the insurance company! I dropped it off in the mail with the return label in the time required by the...
