Cronk Art and Curiosities — Attraction in Colorado Springs

Truthfully an amazing shop. The crystals throughout the shop are all of amazing quality and so freaking beautiful. I stopped looking in the shop when I saw these earrings. Bummed at first because they all had standard hooks since I got my ear surgery and can’t wear them but SINCE THEY ARE BEAUTIFUL BEINGS THEY TURNED THEM INTO CLIP ONS. now to some this might not mean a lot but, it’s been 7 years since my surgery. The feeling of beauty and warmth when I put these on , my first earrings in 7 years.. it just really means so much to me. They really are amazing people running this store. Kind, considerate, artistic, and passionate about what they want to give the public. I can honestly say I will go back continuously to see all the new beautiful oddities that they will slowly bring to the shop. I was excited to check out this shop after being recommended it by another oddities shop in Denver. But they didn't even acknowledge our existence when we walked in, even though there was only one other customer in the shop, so its not like it was too busy. The staff walked by us multiple times but still never said a word to us. On top of that, they greeted the next couple customers that walked in? Just rubbed us the wrong way. I saw some items I considered purchasing but decided against it because I didn't feel like supporting a business that doesn't care about creating a welcoming atmosphere. Amazing store! It was our first time in. My husband and I were greeted immediately with a smile and overwhelmed with the beautiful unique art, insects and bugs, and one-of-a-kind goods and wares. The owner was very knowledgeable, we also got to meet Sofia (Sophia), their little French bulldog. The store is extremely organized, and clean, and looks like a store straight out of Salem.
