If I could give them zero stars I would. My fiancé and I paid over $1,000 dollars for 2nd Day Air through their UPS station. We were there well before 4pm and Beth, assured us that our packages would arrive to the destination in exactly two days. Instead, our packages arrived three days after the expected delivery date. I called the company and spoke with Noah. He was very snotty, rude, and didn’t seem to too much care about our situation. He even told us that he would give us the money back for the days they didn’t meet. My fiancé went to get the money back only to be told that they could not and would not reimburse us for the money that we were scammed out of. I even contacted corporate and they’re not willing to reimburse use for the extra days it took for them to deliver our packages. We paid for a service that we did not receive and on top of that, my pedicure machine was damaged. No one is willing to resolve this matter in the way that it should be resolved. After reaching out to the corporate office several different times, Belinda had the audacity to tell me that we did not pay for two day air, so she was only will to give us a $200 gift card. When we were actually overcharged $800. People, do not deliver your packages through this company. They made a mistake on their end and would rather take my money than to do the right thing by taking accountability and giving us the money back that we overpaid. I will never shop with...
Read moreThis store seems to only stock things that people no longer need or use. Everytime I go here looking for something such as large graph paper, printer ink that I call ahead to make sure they have only to find out when I show up that the person on the phone was mistaken, day planners and personal calendars (I'm assuming some people prefer the antiquated method to having the interactive calendar on their phone).... I seriously seem to find more useful office supplies at Walmart or Sam's.
The death of retail isn't just because of the fact that you can order online and have it delivered, it's also because the employees just don't seem to care about the customer experience anymore. Customer Service has not just declined, it has retreated. It's not just here that it's horrific, but today while walking around looking for certain items and topping next to several associates on the floor I waited patiently for them to ask if I could be helped while they were playing on their phones. Instead they acted like they never saw me even though I was within the 6 foot bubble of them in their line of sight and made several attempts to get their attention through motion as well as audibly saying "excuse me". I finally walked to the front of the store to stand in line at the cashier to ask for assistance instead of the associates...
Read moreI read reviews before I even called them. Still without having many options. I called ahead to make an appointment to avoid the expedit charge. They employee told me that they did not have a system in place to handle appointments.
From where I am located. It is difficult find someone that can professionally laminate a poster. I still made the decision to give them my business.
On arrival I told an employee within the print department. About the incident concerning not being able to make an appointment. A sign with bold all caps lettering on the counter. Reminds customers of the expedit fee on rushed orders.
The laminate machine would require 30 minutes to warm up to function. This was the response I was given. I handed over the poster to be laminated along with a few pages that needed to be copied. 40 minutes later I get a phone call being told that my poster had been damaged during the laminate process. That my choices were for me to buy a replacement. That I would be refunded for. Which they did refund me for. Only I had to run and go fetch it for them. I was not charged for the lamination...
