Coming from someone who has barely stepped foot in a gym and has NEVER used any type of supplements, S2 was an AMAZING experience! These guys really know their stuff. All staff are certified trainers and know A LOT about nutrition. Most of them use various S2 products themselves, which gives me piece of mind and they can share their own stories with specific items. Ethan, the store manager, was an absolute DELIGHT! He helped me form a meal plan, fitness plan, and steered me in the correct direction when it came to supplements for MY SPECIFIC goals. These guys are NOT paid through commission. They truly care about your health and well-being. The staff at S2 want to help you no matter what. Your goals are their goals. I was greeted with warm smiles, tons of knowledge, and useful wellness tips. Ethan made my experience extremely personable and positive. He is the friendliest employee from a supplement store that I know. Ethan made my experience fun and engaging through allowing me to sample products and take home other samples. The prices here are not sky high; the products are get-what-you-pay-for and the absolute best! Ethan and his team have already changed my life, and I have been using the products for less than a week! These friendly faces know regular customers by name and will make you feel welcome NO MATTER the shape that you're in. Don't be intimidated by these guys at all. Shout out to the fellas at Supplement Superstore on Trimble Rd, more specifically my main man Jack. I am a father of 5 four of which being very active student athlete teenage girls and one son. I have been lacking the energy needed to keep up with their very active travel ball (volleyball) schedule. I explained to Jack what my gals were and he jumped right into action. Jack hooked me up with the supplements I needed to get started, and also talked to me about some things I could try in the future. Walking into a supplement store can be a bit overwhelming especially when you don't have a game plan. There is always a feeling of coming across some cocky meat head who just wants to up sale me on all the product he can. This was not the case with Jack or the other staff in the store. They were very knowledgeable and patient and took the time to answer all the questions I had. I got a body scan and Jack reminded me not once but twice to make sure I come back in the store in a few weeks to track my progress. I want to thank Jack and the rest of the staff at Supplement Superstore (Trimble) for their laid back non pushy encouraging way they do business. They seem to take a little bit of accountability in your goals which says a lot. Being older and desperately needing to change my activity level and lifestyle, I joined a gym. What a mistake! I hurt. I'm always sore. There was a reason my recliner was molded to my body. He asked so many questions to identify the specific help I needed. I'm sure he feels he knows way too much about me now. Then he spent more time instructing me how to use the products and offered recommendations on meals and snacks. So, it's only been a day, but I'm very optimistic the products and meal recommendations will be very beneficial due to Alex's knowledge and professionalism. I highly recommend everyone stop by on your way to the gym, or rather, go out of your way, to go to Supplement Superstore in the Broadway Bluffs to speak with experts willing to help, knowledgeable and capable in the field, and truly care about me, my struggles, and the outcome.
