AT&T Store — Local services in Columbia Township

Angie at the Trimble Road location is one of the friendliest and kindest professionals I have ever worked with. After making some plan adjustments earlier in the month, I received some confusing quotes via email that I was told to simply disregard by the other store members from a different location. I tried calling the Grindstone AT&T for clarification of this and confirmation, but the man who answered was very rude and short and told me to come in person if I had questions and that he couldn't help me with my bill over the phone or he'd be fired (I didn't know this was a rule). At this point I was very frustrated and just wanted answers so I called the Trimble location hoping to get someone who would simply be willing to help me find my own answers online and Angie went above and beyond to walk me through how to view my bill online, where I could find the information for myself, and how to make changes if I felt they were necessary. She never once suggested that she was unwilling or unable to help, and never had to access my account on her end. She simply empowered me with the knowledge and tools to investigate it myself which is exactly what I wanted and set me up for success in the future if I ever need to look into this again.

I ordered an S24 online and was told it was available at this store in two hours or I could have it shipped in two days. Even though the store was 30 miles away I decided to go pickup the phone. After the 30 mile 45 minute drive, I got to the store, there was only one employee there and they were busy helping a family buy three iPhones. I waited patiently for over a half hour to be waited on and then the only service I received was a here is your phone , have a good night. The salesman did not offer to transfer the data or assist me in any other way. He was just in a hurry to get to the customers where all those big fat commissions lay, I was willing to buy cases and possibly get a second phone for my wife, but not after the treatment I received.

I will not recommend this store to anyone after the way I was treated, I felt like a 2nd class customer. The family that the employee was helping had more empathy for me then the employee did, given the choice, I will never do business there again.

UPDATE: I was contacted by the company asking to email them. I did so and now 4 days later I've received no communication. So I've changed my review from a two star review to a one star review. It seems either customer service isn't a priority or they have so many complaints they don't have enough...

They have the worst customer service. If you need to start a ATT account DO NOT GO HERE. I came here to switch my phone from sprint to ATT and they asked if I wanted to go on a business plan to save extra money and I said yes. FYI I don’t have a business… but a week later I find out they ILLEGAL added me to someone else’s account and that guy had ZERO idea and nether did I till I went in to see what was wrong with my account. I was added to someone else’s account and they said they had ZERO idea how that happen and that wasn’t true. I went to the ATT store off grindstone and they were amazing and they helped me start a true new plan but because I was I a business plan and it wasn’t my account I couldn’t get my number back till this ATT store went into my account and put some notes on it and it took them almost over 8 hours to put notes in my account. They aren’t a true ATT store they are a authorize seller. Do not go here unless you want ur service messed up and added to someone else we account. Terrible service I can’t stress that enough.
