One star is infinitely too many for this place. I've waited an entire year to make this review thinking that eventually I'd get over it, as I really dislike leaving negative reviews, but things need to be said. Y'all please bear with me on this; First off, how does a place like this not have an ADA compliant entrance with an automatic door? Second, how is your front office staff member so inattentive that a person like myself, less than 48 hours off knee surgery and on crutches, has to try to kick the door open for themselves? Then, there is another door leading into the workout area, staff member still couldn't be bothered to get up from their desk to help me, thankfully another client in the waiting area was kind enough to lend a hand. I thought I was over the worst of it but oh how I was so wrong. Adding literal insult to injury, the """"physical therapist"""" (Brian? I really tried to forget this jerk's name, but I could pick him out of a crowd no problem) asks me how I tore my ACL, so I explained to him I was playing soccer- I wish I were kidding telling you all this, he said, without hesitation, "aren't you a little old for that?". BRO! C'MON! I was absolutely shocked! But wait, there's more. On my second visit, still not sure how I was so stupid to return to this absolute sham of a facility, this clown of a human proceeds to put me on a table that someone else had just gotten up from that he didn't bother to clean off, wound facing down on the mat, then he leaves me there while he gossips with a blatantly underage female client about hogwash while I'm waiting there to get my work done. I would've run out of the place but clearly I wasn't in the condition to do so. I ended up doing my therapy at Vertex down the street where I was under the constant attention of at least one doctor of physical therapy the entire session, at times there were two doctors with me and very competent interns. I really didn't want to make this post but I'm still so absolutely disappointed to the core of my being with the pitiful level of "service" I received at this place I couldn't hold it in any longer. What a circus clown show joke this place is! Do not be fooled! Moral of the story, go literally anywhere else but here! As I type this, I'm now exactly one year out from surgery and my life is back to normal, if not better, and I credit that to the excellent treatment I...
Read moreTherapy wise they were very okay, but as other reviews have stated, they will tell your insurance they are a hospital (even though they're not) and then your insurance will deny your claims because in-hospital PT is only considered medically necessary for very strict criteria. Because of this, I received 5 $6000 bills from them. They told me that this was my problem to fix and I needed to contact my insurance to fix it, and no they won't contact your insurance to explain they're not really a hospital. They won't tell you this is an issue until it's too late to do anything about it, and even though I wasn't done with therapy and my surgeon agreed I still need PT, I cannot see a PT for a close out session to get a list of exercises to do at home. They do not provide you with home exercises throughout your...
Read moreTherapy wise I have no complaints because my son is doing well. Be careful though they charge/bill with a “hospital code ” (even though you are not at a hospital) and it made our part over $300 each session. You don’t find this out until it is all done. Surprise to us we had over a $3000 bill for just 10 sessions. It would have been nice to know this up front but it is obvious why they...
