Went out tonight to celebrate my nephew’s 16th birthday, SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE. I’ve been here a number of times before and NEVER experienced this bad of service. We waited 30 minutes without our waitresses even greeting our table then when we asked where she was we were given the excuse that “they were in the bathroom and knew we had been seated” and that we just needed to be patient. Our party had two tables but separate waitresses. When she finally came for our drink orders she had a slight attitude, still took about another 30 mins before we actually got our drinks (we’re still hadn’t gotten the chance to order our food). The adult drinks were clearly watered down and we had to ask for shots to add to which took another 30-45 mins to get. 3 of us ordered side salads which didn’t come out for 2 and a half hours and we still hadn’t gotten our food, napkins or utensils to eat with. By the time my main course came I had no appetite and didn’t even eat my salad. We asked for a manager 5 times, took her forever to come and when she did she only gave the excuse that there was the St. Patrick’s day crowd and offered no real solution to our concerns. I asked her for a to go order to bring home to my husband which was simply 2 ORDERS of buffalo tenders. They brought the order out already tied up and sealed with tape in a bag and when I got it home it was 2 little TENDERS in the box and I was charged for an extra ranch that I didn’t get. There were so many other things that went on tonight that our party was upset about but it’s pointless to go into that at this point they need to train the whole damn crew. I’m highly disappointed in tonight’s service. And to add insult to injury they sang happy birthday to another group and did not to my nephew. And we literally watched ppl come in behind us and get their food and drinks BEFORE us and left before us too. Twin Peaks needs...
Read moreMy mom and I decided to try Twin Peaks restaurant for the first time on February 18, 2024 for my birthday the previous day. Our waitress and service was awful. My mom could not order the chips and queso or the nachos because they were out of chips. She had to order a flatbread instead but we never received an apology for this inconvenience. I ordered the loaded fries which were average at best. Waitress took forever to take our order after giving us the appetizers. We had to ask another waitress to get ours. She never apologized for making us wait almost twenty minutes for her to come back and take our order. I finally ordered a lobster roll BLT with no onions on it. She came back minutes later to tell me that they couldn't take the onions out and did a very bad job explaining to me how that was possible. Once again she did not apologize or offer us any complimentary meals or a dessert. She just looked at me after she said this and my mom and I looked at each dumbfounded. We asked for the check and drinks to go. She took another ten or twenty minutes while we tried to wait for the drinks to go. We were so fed up by this point that we left without the drinks. We could have easily gone to another restaurant that had better service and food but we wanted to try a new restaurant so we were left very disappointed by our experience here. Mom and I have both written complaints about the terrible service but have yet to hear back. Hard to see a...
Read moreThis was my 2nd time here. Everything was fine till I saw my bill. I ordered a red head beer which was on special on Sunday for 4.97, then there was a switch change. After 1 beer from the switch change, I looked at my bill and noticed they charged me another drink which was a higher price. I then brought it to the bartender to asked y the price was different. She said that’s what the bartender previous put that we ordered. I then told her that’s not what we ordered. The manager then came to us to talk about the bill, and said that we drank it so we need to pay for it. I explained to her that I should not pay the price for the beer we didn’t ask for. She then said she’ll get her “GM” for me to talk to. The “GM” said to me, “I should know what beer I’m drinking” and since I drank it I should pay for it. I explained to him I didn’t know the difference and it was only after 1 beer that before we were going to check out we looked at the bill and noticed it was off. I was polite, professional and explained that I was ok paying for the beer I originally ordered and after continuing to say no, he then said he would adjust the bill. Once the bill was brought to me, Brooke, the manager said she adjusted the bill but said we didn’t have to be “mean” about it. Again, I was polite and professional and yet she felt hurt about the situation. Very disappointed with this location and expected more from such...
