DO NOT eat at this place, we only came here because I was craving some crab rangoon. We asked them if their crab rangoon was sweet they told us yes so we ordered 2 meals and some crab rangoon and it was over $30!! Anywhere else it's $20 for all of that. We got our food and the crab rangoon was NOT sweet it tasted like a hobos foot on top of that for 4 of them was $6!!! Everywhere else in Columbus is $5 for 8 of them. I tried to get my money back because they lied and they tried to only give me $4 because I took a bite out of 1 but I wouldn't have ordered them if they didn't lie!! On top of that I ordered sweet and sour chicken and they poured the sauce on it for some reason, probably because they don't know what the hell they are doing so the chicken was super soggy and we tried it right outside the restaurant so it shouldn't have already been mushy. There was also bell peppers in my sweet and mushy chicken. If you want Chinese food made from people who have never tasted Chinese food in their life then feel free to come here. Me and my boyfriend wasted $30!!! We didn't eat anything. The reviews saying their food is good are fake!! This place is the worst place I have ever eaten at in my entire life. And customer service was ridiculous, she also ate my left over 3 crab rangoon. They did give me $5 back for that but I didn't get the rest of my money even though their food is garbage, I should have known something was up when I saw the lady sleeping on a cot in the resturant. I wouldn't eat here if it was the last food on earth and I would die. You have...
Read moreI haven't been to China Jade in a few years, but I was in the area and wanted to give it another try. I am on a Pho Dac Biet hunt all over Columbus. Well, this is one of the worst Pho I have tasted. First off when the pho was presented, I did not receive the usual "extras" on the side, bean sprouts etc. Then the broth, although extremely temp hot, (a plus) it had a dirt flavor to it. The best I could determine the included bean sprouts may have been a little on the spoiled side. Then the noodles included looked and tasted like glass noodles (mung bean) instead of rice noodles. Table condiments only included sriracha, hoisin and soy sauce.
On the way out, I saw another table (of 2) having the side veggie tray. Confused, but I was on a quickie lunch break and didn't have time to complain. I just ate what I could and wanted to escape as quick as possible. Needless to say, I won't be back. Just one...
Read moreI'm sick with pneumonia and since I was a little girl I always get wonton soup since I can't stomach anything else I prefer it over chicken noodle soup. Since its Sunday the normal Chinese restaurant I go too is closed so I Googled the nearest Chinese restaurant which was China Jade I ordered two small wonton soups. When I got home I was ready to eat my soup I took it out of the brown bag to fine two Noodles sitting in water down broth no green onions chives or any meat I have tried wonton soup pretty much everywhere I have never seen it made this way I would have rather had chicken noodle soup instead it's crazy because the owners were sitting at the table also eating from a large bowl which look like wontons they had green onions chives and small pieces of meat I didn't get anything but two Noodles and water down broth if I wasn't so sick😷😷 I would take this...
