Yes, I could only give one star. I purchased a portable Inverter generator (Onan P4500iDF). The ad said everything you need to run out of the box. Well, no oil in it and the motor seized within 5 minutes. It's toast. Should I have known they didn't ship it with oil in it? Maybe, but they had ZERO notice I needed to do this. Four warning labels on the machine, all useless warnings, but nothing about THE most important issue; put oil in here. No quick start guide, oil container was in a box, inside a box, inside the box. Low oil shutoff didn't work as advertised. Maybe I bear some responsibility, but Cummins does too and I am only getting "nothing we can do" and the runaround from these people. They sell products they clearly don't stand behind. Generac and Honda have a reputation of standing behind their products, so I'm headed in one of those directions. By the way, both of those companies warn you to put oil in the machine, and not on page 15, in 8 point type in one of 5 books which come with the machine...

I would hope Murali Treats his employees better than his UberEats drivers. I delivered an order to the this building after having to contact him because he had the wrong address in the Application. Once I got the right address I wasn't too far. I got there and he's rushing me and being very rude. In order to complete the order sometimes UberEats gives the customer a Pin Number for verification, he did not know his pin number that's displayed when you order through the app. I explained to him several times he had the wrong address and I need the pin, he placed the blame for his mistakes on me and removed the Tip. I contacted him when his address was wrong so I could get his order to him and then had to argue because he was trying to walk off with the food because "he had execs waiting on him." Again my truck is in the dealership for another injection pump failure. The CP4 has failed twice and I use my truck for hauling daily I have a 2020 ram 3500 and it has almost taken my life. I was hauling a 40 ft goose neck loaded and coming down a bridge in Lake Charles LA and my pump failed and the truck turned off no brakes no power steering and I ended up in the ditch. Ram knew this pump was going to fail and only switched the pump on the 2021 back to the CP3. Now I can’t work because I’m waiting on another pump. I have purchased 11 trucks from Ram and now I will be selling them and looking elsewhere for trucks that do not have the CP4 injection pump.
