I went shopping here with my wife. She LOVED this store. It was her go to for all gifts and even every day clothes. She has spent tons with yāall. She brought up legitimate concerns in her review and she was polite about it. She took it down after the owners response felt dismissive and harsh. I went through other lower reviews and noticed itās a common habit of this owners. I hope she doesnāt treat other feedback this way in the future. Completely unacceptable.
Edit Response to owner: Thank you for your enlightening response. Itās truly impressive how you managed to twist an honest piece of feedback into an attack on your character. My wife was merely sharing her discomfort with the constant photoshoots in the storeāsomething I guess we mere mortals canāt possibly understand the necessity of.
Itās also quite fascinating that you equate responding to reviews with defending yourself against perceived character attacks. Perhaps, if you spent more time addressing customer concerns with a bit of empathy rather than immediately going on the defensive, you might not receive such feedback in the first place.
Judging someone based on text responses? Well, if your written communication is anything to go by, I canāt say meeting in person sounds too appealing. But thank you for the suggestion.

Thisplace has the VERY best customer service. It wasn't very long ago that the owner, Julie Heath, caught me in the middle of a mental breakdown at Walmart (yes, shocking I know, I usually handle things so well š¤·š¼āāļøš š³š) and she helped me out in the absolute sweetest way ever. Offering her kindness and generosity to me when I was frantically having an issue with Wal- Mart, she stepped in and showed myself what customer service is all about and gave them a very humble example of what Customer Service should be in all retail chains.
Now, today she is once again trying to go above and beyond to help someone out at her own store!
I strongly recommend her boutique. I can assure you all, that Sassy and Southern is to a boutique, as Chik-fil-a is to fast food when it comes to outstanding Customer service. She goes above and beyond. Wayyyy beyond.

They must have security or theft issues because I felt like I was being stared down the whole time while I was walking around the store with the ID holder in my hand. I found a skirt I wanted to try on and went to the counter to ask about fitting rooms. Before I could even ask to leave the ID holder at the counter while I tried on the skirt, one of the clerks immediately asked me to give it to her to hold. When I came out of the fitting room, she was walking around the store and then staring other patrons down with her arms crossed, while they were shopping.
