Worst customer service. They gave us load that doesn’t even exist at the shipper side. When I try to call them, I had to hold 5 min every time and then person answer asked me whole story and has no answer for my questions then got hang up then had to call again and had to hold another new person answer my call and had to explain him that my driver is at shipper and they don’t have that load the one they gave us. Still no answer and ask to hold 15 min and got hang up again and call back again repeated same story. Like seriously not even single person called me back and take some responsibility on this. Probably I talked to 4 different people and no one took responsibility and had good answer. Then my co worker called Andrew Piccirillo, he told him load got cancel tell your driver to leave. According Andrew since my driver was late 1 hour that’s why they don’t have load but I personally talked to terminal manager at shipment, he told me that does not matter if driver is late or no because they still wouldn’t have load there is no load for this line. They argue that they won’t even pay my driver TONU since he was late but my driver had wasted his 3 hours and will have to wait another load. That does not matter to them, they have nothing good to say beside being rude and being careless. TQL is big company but they really need to teach people some customer...

Unfortunately, you cannot give zero stars! If I could, I would. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM! They lack professionalism, communication and no one takes any accountability! All the brokers lie about pick/drop times, they even lie about their names and pretend to be someone else. I booked a load with Jonathan Cohen from OH - PA and he said pick up times are from 7am -12pm. We were also told the trailer would be newer, 2015 and up. But when driver arrived at the shipper it was an old trailer in bad condition. At this point nothing could be done. We contacted the broker at least 4 times and never received a call. After hours was not helpful either. My driver is ALWAYS on time and sure enough he arrived at 7am only to be told that delivery is at 3pm. We had 2 other loads booked that day that we had fo cancel. The broker continued to dodge calls and emails. Other broker was disrespectful and said he’d contact the shipper and call us back. We never received a call back. TQL has no credibility! They lie and lie and lie some more. They call you all day/night to get ETA’s but when it comes time to reach them for any problems you have as a carrier, they dodge all calls and over promise but always under deliver or don’t deliver at all! Don’t waste your time, book with someone else. They are not worth...

Liars! Liars! Liars! Mislead the carrier about appointment times in order to get the load booked and for a cheaper rate. They knew one would cover this load at 3pm on a Friday so they told us it was 7-12 First come, First serve.

When booking this load we were told receiving hours were 7am-12pm. The other broker I spoke said it was a fcfs. There is lack of communication and now they’re not responding to calls or emails. We spoke to the shipping manager directly, and he said they only go by appointments - 7 am and 3 pm! And this load was scheduled for 3pm. We were already told we'd get detention time but now we have to cancel 2 loads that we had booked for today. TQL and Johnathan keep claiming they didn’t know. But they have an awful reputation ...
