I've never shopped at any Victoria's Secret before today and will not be coming back to this location. I came in to get a mastectomy bra and brought my boyfriend with me for support. I asked a worker about it, and she said that they are only sold online. Totally fine, so we decided to look around. I found a cute bra and decided I wanted to try it on so we headed to the fitting room. The employee there gave us a fitting room, and that was that. What she either didn't know or forgot to mention was that men are not allowed in the fitting room. I didn't know this as I'd never shopped there before and didn't think anything of it since she let us both in. About 5 minutes later, an employee knocked on the door and said, "You guys need to wait outside." It confused us as I was trying on a bra, and that didn't make sense, so we ignored it, thinking maybe she wasn't talking to us. She knocked again a minute later and told us men weren't allowed in the fitting room. We both apologized and said it was our first time there, and we didn't know, so he left. I also left shortly after, and we headed towards the exit, where we got death glares and were literally followed out of the store. It sucked because I was already feeling anxious to go into the store in the first place. I understand there was a miscommunication, but it was confusing for someone to let us BOTH in there and then immediately act like we were in the wrong because he was in there. We both understand why the rule is in place, but treating us like we should've known better and treating him like he was some creep when he was just trying to be there for his girlfriend and help her feel more comfortable with her body is insane. The store needs to consider putting signs by the fitting room that say "women only" or "no men." He would have never gone in if he knew he wasn't allowed. This whole experience seriously made me not want to shop here again, and it made my boyfriend feel horrible. Do...
Read moreTuttle Mall was shut down...but this place was left open? Seriously? I'm a gold card member for this company, for how much I spend here I don't expect to be treated like a queen, but I do expect respect. I've had bad reactions to their "cotton leggings", so I watch what I buy here. Also, I love the concept of the "recycled materials" but they don't last from what I've seen and read. I went into the store and planned to get my 5 free underwear. I could tell they were cotton, the label matched. I logged into my Pink account before I drove 50 minutes to this mall. When in the store, at checkout, I was locked out of my account with Pink after it stated my password was incorrect. Wrong. I came home and ordered the underwear anyway. Due to the issue a woman from customer service sent them to me for free. I didn't get the ones I wanted, but they were free. Got them in due time but noticed the XXL wouldn't fit me like it said online. I called this store, to talk to a manager. I asked if I could switch them out for Victoria Secret, which I know fit me. After all I spent $100+ to get these underwear, I want to be able to use them. The Manager said no they don't exchange PINK for VS. The manager then pulled my "integrity" into question (YES, she said that exact word), regarding if I did so without the receipt. I think this company needs to find some better managers, before they find the need to close more stores. Again, why did you close Tuttle Mall? The ladies and gentleman who worked there were kind, respectful, understanding. Above all else, I felt like being a Gold Card Member and Pink Nation Member actually meant something in that store. Here? You'll be treated better if you call Customer Service. Trust me, if they don't wave the shipping, the respect is worth the $8.00 charge. Open a store on the West Side of Columbus, with good customer service, or that's where I'll be doing my business, if any,...
Read moreI went into Victorias secret today in the Polaris mall. I went in there and I found a bra then I checked out and it turns out it was on sale for 60% off. If I would have known that I would have bought a second bra but since the lines were long I went ahead and left then walked around the mall for another 10 minutes. I decided to go back and buy another one (exact same style, from the exact same drawer but different color). Well when I went to cash out the second time they charged me full price for it and when I asked the cashier about it she told me well I must have grabbed the other one out of the bin and continued to argue with me for 6 minutes about how I am lying and picked the bra out of the bin where it was on sale even though a sales associate took me straight to the bras and picked it out for me and handed it to me. I understand maybe the color was more expensive, but to accuse me of lying is beyond embarrassing, rude and disrespectful especially when I had the bra and other receipt with me to prove they...
