Was really disappointed today with the customer service. I had been here lastnight and realized after checking out that my wallet was left at home so I left my name and told the older lady cashier (who was very nice and understanding) that I would be back in the morning do she put my bags aside for me. However when I arrived this morning to pick up my stuff a cashier named Tracey was so condescending about it when I asked her for my bags so I could rescan items and pay. She claimed the first cashier from the day before didnt tell me she’d hold onto my bagged items- really? So I had to re-shop for all 42 items again where many items were just thrown on shelves, had to move around unmanned stacked and open boxes blocking half the isles, and maneuver my cart around discarded items littering the isles. It just seems like this store has gone WAY down hill! But even thru all of chaos, the re-shopping didn't bother me nearly as much as Tracey’s attitude, which to be perfectly honest, was not just disrespectful but also racist. If she hates her job that much then she needs to find one where she doesn’t have to provide...
Read moreVery unprofessional staff. Went to this location 12/14/22 to get balloons. I stood in line and asked the lady if they had helium and she said yes. I then tell her I need some balloons could she help me. She pointed to the already filled balloons and said those are the only ones we have and you can pick from there… ok no problem I then begin to pick my selection and I had my 2 year old with me who was crying so I handed my mom 1 balloon for her. Next thing you know a manager or whatever comes and is yelling at me like “oh next time you need a balloon tell me you can’t just grab it like that”… at this point I’m shock and I’m like well your employee just directed me to this are… after realizing the employee is wrong she is STILL yelling at me and embarrassing me in front of the entire store. She not once apologized or lowered her voice. That is no way to speak to a paying guest especially when you realize they were told to grab them because your lazy employees didn’t want to help in the first place....
Read moreAs one that works in Retail, I try my very best to be understanding. This was a bad experience. My daughter was checking out right behind me. The Cashier had reached behind her and grabbed a package of tape to make an "Addon." We did not need and out of reflex, my daughter said, sure. After realizing that she did not need it. My daughter asked for help to have the tape removed prior to paying. The Cashier called for help, and instead of the person that could have resolved the problem, someone who did not have the ability walked up. Now my daughter needs to re-explain what happened, only to be told that the Manager would be the person to remove the tape, which even took longer. This is becoming more prevalent in the Retail word.
