Five Below — Local services in Contiguous United States

Great store for certain items, such as cheap (often funny) t-shirts, back-to-school items, pool toys, games for kids, cookbooks, sketchbooks, teen accessories, head phones and phone accessories, and cheap candy (perhaps to sneak into the movie theater at the other end of the mall?), Five Below is really great. I do feel that the quality of their products has decreased somewhat over the last 5 years or so, but I also feel like this is a general trend as manufacturers cut costs. Still, selection of durable products can be a bit challenging, so I'm removing one star because Five Below can choose their products and manufacturers, and sometimes I think they chintz out. On the other hand, I've bought some excellent stocking stuffers here and whenever I go in, I find some handy item that "I didn't know I needed." Doesn't mean I necessarily buy it, but for the occasional cheap splurge, it can be fun. The second star deduction is for frequently long lines and wait times at checkout. It often just seems like either there isn't enough staff at registers or it's just not a priority for Five Below to help people get in and out once they're ready to go. Too bad, because the wait time for checkout has lead me to leave several times now without making a purchase. All in all, an interesting and unique "just-over-a-Dollar-Store" that carries items that are often better made than Dollar Store items and tends to cater to ages 5-30 more specifically with its product selections and store...

Went in to pick up stickers and a few other things on April 19 around 4 30 pm and whoever was the acting manger or person in charge was a horrible boss and ruined my experience. Was checking out and ask the employee who was helping me and my boyfriend checking out a question and the manger rudely snapped at said employee to leave helping us and help the next people in line. While I know things need to be kept moving barely anyone was in line and the kind employee was in the middle of helping us. The acting manger was incredibly rude and I wish you use a lot more explicit language because no employee should ever be treated that way. Especially in front of customers. Personally someone who can't control their emotions and is this rude to their employees who have done nothing wrong should not be in a...

One of the very best "dollar" stores around, there's always new inventory, so be sure to get what you want while they have it. I love the vast variety of cute, odd and practical items available. I've purchased stools here, bluetooth speakers, cool beach toys, cooking ware and even exercising suits.

One can also call this place the "Nerdy" Dollar store, as they will carry weird candy and snacks from Japan, and other countries, along with pop cultural tees, lots of Marvel and DC related items, and some peculiar gadgets, like voice activated bar lights (yes, they had that one time).
