Bought a new Samsung Galaxy S9+ from TMobile and needed a case. Got a nice case from the store and the guy working, Samir, convinced me to get a tempered glass screen protector. I agreed as I had it on my last phone and it was a great investment. HE chose the tempered glass protector and put it on himself. I didnt even get a chance to look at which one I wanted. By the end of the day the screen protector fell off. It didn't break, it just never actually stuck to the screen of my phone. So I went back the next day to get it replaced and when I told him what happened he said the protector was too big to fit with my case. I told him he should have mentioned that to me before I bought it AND that he should not have even put it on my phone to begin with if he knew it wasn't going to work. He got a smaller protector off the shelf that would fit with my case and replaced it. After he put it on my phone I noticed it still wasn't sticking to my phone screen. He saw me pressing down on it and told me to stop or it would get messed up. I told him that it still wasn't sticking to my phone and he said that I just had to wait 30 minutes for it to settle. An hour later when I got home, the new protector fell off again! Out of frustration, I slammed the "tempered glass" screen protector down onto my coffee table and low and behold, It. Didn't. Break. Turns out the "tempered glass" he is selling to people is NOT EVEN GLASS! ITS PLASTIC! Regardless of whether or not he'll refund me, I am definitely going in to try and get my money back. And if I cant, I'll make sure everyone else in the store knows he is false advertising and rips people off. I also heard a lady come in after me complaining that the screen he replaced on her iphone was non-responsive to touch and she wanted her money back. You could tell he was trying to "shush" her and told her to come back tomorrow when it is less busy and he would refund her the money, but ONLY if he got his screen back with no scratches. From the reviews I've read on here, I highly doubt she'll be getting that refund... Oh how I wish I could...
Read moreThis company doesn't even deserve 1 star but you have to put it as a minimum. We dropped our phone off today & the technician said 20-25 minutes. We continued to shop in the mall for 2 more hours. When we came back to pu the phone the gate was down and the store was closed! But it was 1:49 pm! The mall is open until 9:00 pm. We waited for about 5 minutes thinking maybe the tech was in the reatrres. After 5 minutes no one came so we called the store. The person was at another location and said he would be there soon and was in the bathroom. After 4 calls and 35 minutes waiting he finally showed up. The man on the phone said he was a manager and to tell the tech to give us $10 off because we had to wait so long. When we told the tech he argued with us and said he has no manager and he will not give us a discount. We called thean back he got on the phone with the tech and the tech yelled at him in his foreign language and hung up and said NO I'm not giving you a discount. His manager from Miami called him on his phone once again he yelled at him and then put that manager on the phone who asked me what had happened. Once he hung up again still said he was not giving a discount.
The point is not about a discount but about the horrible customer service. You do not close your store down to go to the bathroom for 35 minutes in a mall that has hours all day. You never argue with a customer! And you should honor a discount if the manager offers one! The technician also said he would NOT charge us tax if we paid cash!!!! Umm...NO!!! I am not paying cash for him to pocket it and not claim tax on it!! That is illegal!!

So I came back the screen was fixed but when I cut my iphone on it'll just be stuck at the iPhone symbol instead of going to home screen so I told him can he fix while I go get some food. Well I had to go back to my house which was 2 hours away so I called them and asked if I could come pick the phone up Friday the man on the phone said yes and said all I have to pay is an additional $10 because I paid the $65 Thursday when I got my screen fixed I told him leave a note saying tony was coming to pick up the iPhone 7 because he said it was gonna be a different technician. Well when I went back the next day to get my phone I asked the new technician if there was a iphone 7 and a note on it saying tony phone. He pulled out my iphone 7 it said ready $65 so I told the other technician that the technician that was in here Thursday told me it was only an additional $10 charge because I paid $65 for the screen to be fixed he started an argument and Called the technician that was there and asked him if I paid the technician said no and I told him roll the security camera and he never did they're scams and will keep your money for you to...
