I honestly don’t know what’s happened to this locations service. I live 1 mile from this location and eat here at least four times a week. The service has gone downhill horribly. Three times recently, at the drive thru, my order hasn’t been ready, they ask me to pull to a parking spot, then forgot about me. I’ve sat there and sat there. All three times finally having to get out of my car and walk to the window. All three times this has happened, there was only me and two other cars in the line. The new African American manager is horrible. He’s been the one at the window. As a manager, this should never happen. I’m convinced this man has zero clue how to multitask. Also, EVERY employee that makes your drinks at the window, never puts enough ice in the tea. Not every now and then, but EVERY TIME! Every time I have to send it back. They know the tea is hot. So why put a few ice cubes in the cup? By the time y'all hand me the drink, the tiny bit of ice is already melted. I came there two days ago, and shockingly(sarcasm) it happened again. I was in the far lane. It took the girl forever to even notice I was trying to get her attention to have it remade. When she finally took it from me to remake, the girl inside that remade it, after looking out at me with an annoyed look, sat my drink outside the window. I sat there and sat there and the girl never brought me my tea. I drive a huge car. I’m not hard to miss. Also, my lane was stuck until she brought my drink. I again, had to get out of my car and walk to the window to get my tea. Also, my tea was unsweet. And 9 times out of 10, when they remake it, they give me sweet instead. Which happened on this day. I’ve witnessed four times in the last two weeks, cars pulling out of line and leaving the drive thru because you guys take forever. The only person at this location that seems to have their act together is Michael. I know my review won’t mean a thing. People are going to eat at CFA regardless, but you guys need to know how horrible your...
Read moreKennedy ruined my entire experience…and this is the one location I frequent the most (and never had an issue). She brought out my order with no drink and sauces, I called her name as she walked away and I’m sure she heard me (ad she hesitated a but) but come on, she didn’t want to actually do her job.
I leave my laptop and phones and food and go to the front desk and she stares at me so I asked for my drink and sauces and she said “okay?”
Wow! If that’s the attitude, she has maybe she should be in the back somewhere where when she does not have to deal with the public. So when I repeated myself, she said well I didn’t prepare your food - BUT YOU BROUGHT OUT MY INCOMPLETE ORDER! So why not just fix the issue instead of blaming your team?? An ounce of accountability would have gone a long way.
And the receipt was on the tray, so isn’t it her job to make sure she delivers the correct order? And what makes the entire experience worse is that it was an absolute empty store so I’m not even quite sure why she gave me such attitude. It would’ve made a whole world of a difference if instead of needlessly arguing and being combative, she would’ve just addressed the order.
I feel so bad that I don’t remember the young lady (small/petite AA girl) that was right next to her who observed everything and just grabbed my beverage, and actually took charge. There was another young African-American lady who I believe was in training. She was also very pleasant and that was just my experience walking past her. Again, it was just my misfortune that I happened to go on a day where Kennedy was working when everybody else seem to be decent enough.
At this point, I am done with CFA…this location’s new crew is just not worth my money or time…and the fries always seem to burnt/old/bottom of the barrel…you won, CFA, I will stick to...
Read moreI usually love chik fil an and I have been coming to this one for years now. I’ve never had a bad experience. Mind you it wasn’t horrible but definitely disappointing. I ordered food through the drive through. Something told me something isn’t right. Got maybe 3 minutes down the road before I noticed that my sandwich was missing. I noticed my breakfast bowl was fried I meant to order it with grilled chicken (that was my fault) I returned to the drivethru and explained that I was missing a sandwich from my order and the bowl situation and I even offered to pay for it since it was indeed and error on my part. They offered to take care of it. Got the window was asked for my receipt. That’s normal I showed her my bag tag. It was a bit annoying since she had just seen me at the window five minutes ago. But that’s just business people need to see receipts. She asked me for the bowl back… I didn’t see the point in this because you have to throw it away anyway. I wait like 10 minutes the guy I guess manager says thank you for your patience which is all well and good but not sincere in the slightest because if it was my food wouldn’t have looked like this when he brought it back. It looked completely slapped together or like it wasn’t remade at all but replaced the chicken… I’m home now and I really don’t even want this food now because it’s all ice cold. I’ve been in the restaurant for years and I just know there was a better way to handle this situation. Not enraged about it but just disappointed. I just felt like someone needed to hear this so maybe another guest doesn’t have suffer at the hands of poor customer service… I just want it to be a learning experience...
